我们刚从一个星期的假期在家6邓斯特海滩小屋。 我们没有住在之前就让我们感到很惊喜。 它是开放的计划和我们和孩子们来说是完美的。 一张合适的床! 幸福在过去有提供给他们中的一些人还有一张沙发床。 它有一个传统的厨房和电炉所以不是很现代但是我们觉得很舒适。 老板很热情我们很喜欢这点。 不能带狗狗很适合我们。 所以靠近大海的露台上度过了他的丈夫早上的咖啡再凝视着大海和沙滩。 如果我们有机会我们还会再来的。 推荐海滩小屋和邓斯特也有电视是很漂亮的湖景小鸭散步和放松。 网上购物小太!

邓斯特海滩小屋的位置和一个愉快的假期。 非常宁静和一种时光倒流的感觉。 漂亮的沙滩上玩耍的孩子和一个非常漂亮的池塘里还有野生动物。 遛狗和放风筝的好地方。 一点都不吵闹或商业有关此位置的（可能是因为邓斯特泡芙的蒸汽火车离开车站）。

Quirky charm , 50 years old time capsule of a place , nothing here but that’s the charm

If you love zero commercial, an OK place to walk off along the coast or walk a dog. Plenty of parking right next to the bleak beach. Then it’s worth a visit
One snack cabin . Very clean place no litter and people out litter picking . Quirky old world beach hut camp site has a well manicured charm .
Cafe in the centre of the camp site , very basic menu and unimaginative. Friendly place
If you love minimal of every thing then you will love it
If you need to be amused with shops , coffee shops and commercial enterprises, go else where

The best place in the world according to our 3 dogs

We go to Dunster beach every year we can for our Summer holiday, the chalets offer a quaint place to stay for us and our 3 dog's.
We do try and get down a couple of other times in the year as the dogs love the chance to run along the beach and then stroll back up on the road that runs through the chalet area. I'm not sure what some people expect from a beach.
Going by the number of family's there on the last Saturday in April it fits the majority not the minority

Not much here. Not great for children.

Not a great beach for children as just pebbles. Not much open... Daughter got bored fast. We visited Woolacombe and it was perfect for children. Would not visit again. No beach shops, no food places...Not a family beach...

Dog friendly and worth a visit

We went on a very hot day there was a lovely sea breeze and the beach was practically deserted! Fairly stoney but with some sand too, this is a very safe family beach, and doggy friendly too. It’s right next a holiday park but parking was no problem, you do have to pay for a ticket though at any time. Parking prices not too expensive. The Kingfisher kiosk has a wide variety of food and drinks, nothing special but fine for the beach. They even sell doggy ice cream!

Disappointing dog friendly beach

Very disappointing dog beach. At low tide had to stumble a mile out over rocks to get to ankle deep water. We were not even able to swim on a very hot day. Not to mention the rusted iron poles sticking out randomly between the rocks. Absolute hazard!
Not a dog friendly or even human friendly ‘beach’.
As dog owners, we were not allowed on Minehead Main beach, and had no option but to go to Dunster beach. We are respectful and clean up after ourselves, yet ended up picking up a bin bag full of trash which was left on the rocks by a family with children at Dunster beach.

No proper information as to where you can have a bbq

We went here yesterday with the family as it was one of our favorite beach spots.. having been going here for years we decide to have a bbq in the area where it was always permitted and we checked on the website which stated the area next to the toilet blocks.We had an extremely rude gentleman tell us very abruptly infact shouting at us that we had to put the bbq out as it wasn't the permitted area! We tried explaining to him that we had checked on the website and we were in the area it stated but he would not listen.He said there were signs up every where saying no BBQs but actually there was not a single one anywhere! We had the everyone staring at us while he was having his rant which was not nice at all..safe to say we will not be returning here as we were totally shocked and upset by the whole experience.

Parking machines don’t work!

Great beach but car park machines never work. We came last year and had the same problem today. We tried 4 different Apple Pay phones/ cards and 2 payment cards and none of them were accepted. They do not accept cash so we had no way of paying. Others have had the same problem with paying today too

Lovely place

Beautiful place and been going for 16 years . The only issue I really have is the lack of cleanliness of the chalets . It use to not be such an issue but given we can’t get into the chalets until late because they are suppose to be deep cleaned is frankly a fabrication . My chalet this year wasn’t too bad but clearly hadn’t seen a cleaner recently . My son who stayed in a different chalet with his family the chalet was absolutely filthy even down to the crockery having old food on it . No point in complaining to management because concerns are just ignored .

I love the place so much it won’t stop me going bit it’s not run as well as it once was. And it rankles with me that I leave the place cleaner than when I go in spending hours before leaving getting it nice and it’s not even my job .

Sorry but it seems just a lot of mud and not a proper beach

Fab beach but hard to access

We had been recommended Dunster beach as a great beach for dogs. There is a large car park (with a small charge), a kiosk for drinks and snacks, a large grassy area perfect for games and picnics and toilets (not the cleanest but ok). The beach is wide and clean and perfect for the dog. However there are no steps or easy way to access the beach. You had to descend from the car park down a sandy and stony slope which made is difficult for me as I am disabled. It’s even harder getting back off the beach. If you are more able bodied then this probably wouldn’t be a problem.
