I can never get my 9 year old to leave this place. Its full to the rafters with comics, lego, records, graphic novels, DVD and toys.
Things cost from about 10p for a pokeman card to well... a small fortune for the rare and wonderful stuff.
Star wars, Dr Who, Marvel, Pokeman and now tons of vinyl both new and old.

Owner knows his stuff and has a serious collection of figures, comics and all sorts of goodies - much more than even the big stores. Glastonbury's true hidden gem.

Since my last visit to this gem of a store, the hoard has got bigger and the knowledge more prolific, word of warning, take money, browse, and ask, if he ain’t got it, it’s not been made, printed, engraved etc etc or it doesn’t meet his exacting standards, from FAB1 to Thunderbird 1, and then there’s the comics and graphic novels, hang on, best way to do this is make sure you have enough time on the car park, dollar to spend and a sense of true adventure, and a healthy appetite for knowledge regarding all things to with all things comic book, collectibles and beyond, the store is now bigger so you might need a map soon

A traditional bookshop would scream if it had a voice seeing the chaos that is the comic store, though those of a certain type would see the dragon laid on its hoard
The comic store is for those discerning people who read and appreciate comics and seek those rare collectibles in 3D and not on eBay
The proprietor sits behind his hoard of rare and scarce comics like the missing link from a Dr.Who casting, ready to impart knowledge or learn new facts, a persona that is affable and engaging, though be careful if you've paid for parking as time passes too quickly in his presence
I go there to complete my collections, always turning up with not enough money for my wants, as drugs go the comic store is an addictive high, thankfully only true travellers and adventurers find this gem of a shop so it's not too crowded

HI just a line have collection of look&learn starting with No 1 ten years worth plus free gifts and annuals could you give me roughly ideal what they are worth also comics. from newsagents my dad ran in Bridgwater North Street in 70's. Many Thanks. Keith Hoare
