We went today as a party of 4. 3 of us had been to escape rooms before but for one of us it was there first time.
We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the room is brilliantly setup and it was great fun. Our host was excellent and explained everything to us and added to our experience.
This was my third escape room and for me it was by far the best. Best thought out, best setup and some great puzzles.
Can’t wait to try the other room that escape nation has to offer.

Good story line, great atmospheric room, lots of puzzles to fill the hour, things I would never have figured out other people did and vice versa. Staff are warm and friendly, we will be back for the other room, recommend it to friends and family. Ideal gift for Xmas and Birthdays. (Also we escaped with 2 mins to spare, just saying)

Absolutely fantastic escape room. Great twists to make the experience different to ones we’ve done before. Run by very friendly people who add to the experience. Definitely worth a visit!

We chose to do the spy escape room on Halloween eve. It was my 3rd ever room and great fun was had with us 3 players, who were taxed till the last minute, but escaped and saved the world with 48 seconds to spare. Great puzzles and theming and also a nice welcome from the friendly host. I can see why this is award winning and would highly recommend.

We had such an amazing time at this venue. The Hosts were incredible and nothing was too much trouble. It was also so nice to talk escape rooms with them.
We played both games and both were excellent.
Now as a family, we don't do well in space but this venue have created a game that made me love space. I absolutely loved both games. There was a good mix of puzzles and it really felt that everything made sense but we're all about fun, especially with a younger child (11). She absolutely loved these games. Incognito's Secret Lair had some really fun elements that both our children got involved in and enjoyed, this is definitely a fun game and one to play if you have children.
I cant wait to see what these guys do next and we will be returning.
Stafford is also lovely place to walk around.

We were recommended both of the rooms here and i can see why. we have played a lot of rooms and there are plenty to do in both of these rooms. incognito had more 'hands on' / 'fun' stuff to do and citadel maybe a bit more challenging.... it was close though, both very enjoyable and some stuff that we hadnt seen before which was fab. will definitely be back for the next two.

These rooms are so playful and energetic. We saw some really interesting puzzles here and had a great time piecing everything together. Great for families or couples.

We came as a very green family of 4 - for 3 of us it was our first ever escape room and no4 had only ever done one in USA. We were a bit worried that it couldnt be done due to the advice about children over 12, so with a 12 year old and a 14 year old we didnt hold much hope of completing it - how wrong we were!
The two gentlemen running it were so informative and kind and put us at ease. Whilst we dont have much to compare it to the puzzles were a fab mixture for all abilities and mental arithmatic in an extremely well made and thought out environment. Would highly recommend to anyone! Look forward to the new one!

We didn't actually get to do the escape room as there were emergency building works being carried out, I received a call and email the day before to apologise and that our booking would have to be cancelled, so normally I'd give a 1 star review, however the customer service shown was brilliant, not only did he apologise numerous times (phone and email) but because it was for my best friends birthday celebrations and I needed to quickly book another escape room venue he transferred the money immediately back to my account, instead of having to wait 5 to 10 days to go back on my card, so I was able to book elsewhere. So for that alone I will 100% book with these guys again when back in the area. Excellent attitude and 5 star customer service. Look forward to doing an escape room soon!
