Fun family day out.
Lots of monkeys, some surprisingly very big.
Feeding times each hour is good to watch.
The walk around the forest itself is also really nice.

Visited the day of storm Ciaran so couldn't have picked a worse day to visit. That being said we still had an enjoyable walk through the forest and saw plenty of monkeys. The staff were all friendly and welcoming despite the weather. Will return in the summer.

Absolutely fabulous to beable to walk in the monkey park. The monkeys were a joy to watch. They have so much space to play, chill, climb. We were able to experience feeding time and our guide was very informative. The animals are so well looked after. Wouldn't have missed this. Loads for the little ones including park and cafe. You can come and go into the monkey park just get your hand stamped. 10/10. A massive well done to all who make this park and experience so wonderful.

It was so good, how do you describe one of the best days you ever had.
Spectacular day in the nature with wild life, gigantic trees and lovely playgrounds.

Our grandson can’t stop talking about the monkeys. A couple crossed the path right by him and Rangers’s appeared immediately to ensure both safety of monkeys and humans. Very well marshalled and enlightening visit to the monkey woods where swinging in trees, play fighting and grooming each other allows young and older to see how monkeys live and play together without any boundaries other than please keep to the path policy. Feeding time gave an interesting commentary as well as more monkey interaction. Well done Trentham.
Kids play area however needs the bark chipping topped up as all ground into mud.

Excellent visit thoroughly enjoyable walking amongst the monkeys who have free rein of the park. Wonderful visit. Guides very helpful plenty of Monkeys to see

Wonderful day out for all the family. Good to see monkeys in their natural environment but also sad as there are not many left. The baby monkeys were so cute.

Had a very nice time seeing all the monkeys, big open space with a restaurant and play area before you go into the forest wich was lovely. I would say if you are in a wheelchair or struggle with walking up hills, please be warned that there is one part that is very steep going up and very steep going down. We had a pram, and i got a bit of a workout going up and help on even tighter going down, haha.
You can still avoid and go round this hill but does take a good chunk out of the forest, but that would be my only negative really.

What a gorgeous day out my husband, and I had yesterday 13/9/23 at the monkey forest. All the staff were lovely everything about the place was wonderful what a special place for the monkeys to be. I wish i could visit everyday so enjoyable to hear the information from the guides to see the monkeys being fed what a show the monkeys put on for us playing, and having fun it was great loved every minute well worth the admission THANK YOU TRENTHAM SO MUCH.

Just to add....we just showed the email booking confirmation on arrival. Didn't need to scan in (husbands older phone won't download the app anyway )

Can you get to Monkey forest by walking through Trentham Gardens?
So if we park at Trentham can we walk to monkey forest and back through Trentham again to get back to the car or do you have to drive to the forest?

Are there benches around the walk to stop and rest whilst watching the monkeys?

There are a few benches placed strategically but not that many.
If by the sound of it you have trouble walking maybe you could contact the park to see if they have a wheelchair you could use
