I took my son not long ago and he loved it. Wouldn't stop running around for hours which was great for me and my husband Phil to get a breather. He made multiple new friends,in which we still have contact with their parents.
Prices could be better but other than that the kids have fun which is what its all about really.
Highly recommend with young children.
Its great for hiring for parties and im considering booking the place for my son's 7th birthday

I have never been charged for a cup of hot water ever before. I was told it was the same price as bottled water after it had been rung through the till.
And I wouldn't have been told at all if I hadn't queried it.
As the price of a bottle of water includes the price of the bottle, transportation, marketing. This must mean I now own the cup.
If I ever - unlikely - go to a Funsters again I will be taking my own hot water.

I am a childminder and get a 50% discount on entry to Funsters. I have visited more than my fair share of play centres in my years of childminding and this one I like! It is clean, open and spacious with loads of seating and high chairs. It's secure and the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. It can get busy in the school holidays but the rest of the time it's usually not too packed. The food is pretty standard fare for these places, but good value and their plated salads are always generous and tasty. There's lots of choices for the kids on their fun meals or tiny tummies meals so you can be sure there'll be something to suit their taste.

I visited today as im currently working my way through stokes soft play centres with my 17 month old.
I was pleasantly surprised actually as the outside doesnt look too appealing and the parking is rubbish.
The 0 to 4 year old area is great, probably some of the best variety of toys ive seen yet at a play centre.
It was very quiet as its a week day so i dont know how busy it gets but quiet suits me perfectly. The large frame looks great but we didnt go on it.
The food however was poor, i only had toast, cheese on toast and some sausages for the little one but considering how quiet it was, the food was cold, unappetizing and generally rubbish, expensive too!
I will definited be returning, just not eating!

clean, suitable for all ages, well defined areas for younger tots and older kids.
The climbing soft play structure is large and interesting for kids not to get bored quickly.

We ordered chips and gravy but the gravy struggled to stay on chips as was like water but chips were cooked to perfection lo ely friendly staff would call again and nice cup of cappucino

We stopped here during a long journey home from Cumbria to Berkshire for my son to burn off some energy.
Based on the tired exterior and back street location, we entered with very low expectations.
Inside, however, the equipment is well - maintained, clean and colourful. My son loved the oversized lego bricks and huge slides. The layout is also carefully thought out so that children have plenty of space whilst giving plenty of visibility for parents.
Staff are friendly and smiling - there was always somebody hoovering (silently, with a roller-style one) to stay on top of crumbs in the cafe area.
The coffee and cheese sandwich were good and of a standard you'd expect of a play centre.
No outside space and very tired exterior cost Funsters their 2 last stars but... All in all, it was perfect for our three year old and a welcome break from travelling the M6!
