Filthy, no supervisor, older children running riot. Would not recommend small children are allowed anywhere near it.

we took our two grandchildren to the play barn and had a wonderful visit.play area is very clean new toys for small children price drop down staff very friendly .will return soon

I have recently visited the play barn to a friends birthday party. The play area is reasonable size to play in, but needs a good clean. The mats are more or less black than red or blue and the climbing frame has dust falling of it.
My main concern is that their was hair found in children's food, when food was served to the party children. We addressed this to a member of staff who was quite rude at the time as she was very busy on her own, if you know that you are organizing a party for 12 children then enough member of staff need to be their to provide a service not just one person.
As we knew this one member of staff was quite busy, myself and few friends decided to wait by the counter while the replacement food was being prepared. i notice that the chef wasn't wearing nothing on her head you would normally expect a chef to wear some sort of hair net or a chef hat.
As i have my years experience in hospitality and worked in kitchens for the public, i know this is a mandatory requirement.
Its a shame as this incident has given me second thoughts to go else where to book

This place has changed drastically since the 15th may, its cleaner, many new toys and different things have been changed and the prices have all been lowered by 30%, the comment about the toilet seat was during the time of the previous owners, people who comment about these problems should report this to staff rather than on here, and as far as I know there hasn't been any complaints o the staff.

I came here last week with my children this place is filthy, dust all over the play equipment forgot to mention about the broken seat in the ladies toilet and no hand soap to use.
The children chair's wobble around a lot and on some you can't even fasten the buckles bit of a safety concern for me.
Even though the price for entry is reasonable i will continue going to imagination street in redditch down the road much better place to be

I have visited this place last weekend with my two kids. They had fantastic day! they were so busy and most of all they loved the outfits! There were so many of them and they were all very clean and smelled clea as well! As it was Saturday afternoon it was extremly busy and I thought we will wait for our meals long time but to my surprise it took maybe 15 min tops! All the staff were very helpful and always had a great smile on their faces.

I recently visited the play barn as my friend was having a birthday party, the food was great and the party was very well organised, my two children loved the party and they didn't want to leave the playbarn!!!
I highly recommend this to any family with small children.

I visited 2 weeks ago with my husband and 2 children it was our first time there and it was absolutely brilliant . We arrived in the morning and ordered food and drinks and due to the cheap prices we expected very little of the food however we were shock when we saw it as it was in massive portions and it tasted delicious we even decided to stayed to have lunch there and again the food was amazing . Everything was clean and there were waiters constantly cleaning up and wiping all the dirty tables after people have left to provide a clean area for the rest of the adults and children.
Also all the staff were extremely kind and very friendly. As I got home and went to write a review I first read all the previous reviews of the places and I honestly was completely shook at some of them as the place was clean and there were no queue as there were allot of staff working leaving no body waiting to be served. Mine and my family's experience was great and definitely come again and even my children want to have a birthday party.

very nice day out with our 3 children, the entry prices are cheap. I don't agree with previous reviews about waiting times as our food was with us within 15 minutes, I recommend this place for anyone with small children

We came to the play area with my family after a long time, this place has gone worse.
It is totally unprofessional if the member of staff, suppose to be working is smoking outside forming a queue of people to be let in and out by the controlled doors.

The tables were disgusting with spillage of drinks and food on the floor were children could slip on.
Even though i was reluctant to by some food we did as my children were hungry, we were informed it going to be a 40 minute wait this is ridiculous.
The toddlers play area are needs deep cleaning can see tissues and hair clips in there easy for small infant to choke on.
