Lovely ice cream but older lady was very rude, huffing and puffing because my daughter changed her mind in the flavour she wanted! Needs lessons in customer service

Who could resist the wonderful smell of freshly made fudge. Great selection and tastes like fudge should. Great shop.

Lovely to watch the fudge being made . Didn't buy any but had a lovely ice cream in here . The service was good had to wait as young lady was assisting a customer choosing her fudge .

Great customer service - encouraged trying some of the flavours before choosing what to buy. Watching the fudge being made was great and could also try this warm too! Really delicious fudge, especially the gin & lemon, carrot cake and honeycomb flavours. I ended up going back to get an ice cream, which was also really good, and couldn’t help but grab some more fudge!

The fudge from here is so nice, I had vanilla and cherry bakewell, but there were plenty of flavours to choose from. Previously tried a few other flavours from the Roly’s in St Ives which were all lush too. It was super busy so I felt quite rushed but deffo worth a visit.

Came here today on a lovely Easter Monday and couldn’t resist trying the fudge. The customer service was excellent and the chap serving us allowed us to try some options before we decided on sea salt and maple and pecan. We also tried the ice cream and fully recommend both!

Just passing and thought this would be nice. It was very busy so just chose something, paid and left, to give room to other folks. So none of the educational bit other people seemed to have enjoyed.
Very tasty but expensive for what it was. I think they have opened a shop in our home town since our visit to Stratford.

The owner and staff are so lovely and friendly, they make your visit from just looking, purchasing or learning into a fascinatingly interesting educational experience - this is a MUST stop anytime we are in Stratford upon Avon
