Took my 12 year old daughter and her 3 friends here today, as it was her birthday. I called the venue prior to booking to ask if her Dad and I should do it with them or would they be old enough on their own. They said they find younger ones can get bored if they cannot do it so we booked on to. Glad for the advice as they did need some help as we did too.
The escape room was Brilliant and we all really enjoyed it, good briefing, good clues and it was well thought out, we had to ask for help a few times and this really helped.
We had the key and was about to open the door, when the staff opened it and then he closed it so my daughter could open the door. The photo was a nice touch also!!
Staff were great too.
Would highly recommend!!

Staff are brilliant! Professional and very approachable! Great clean tidy place, welcoming, brilliant.
Escape room is excellent, well thought out.
The only thing we were a little let down on was the karting, fantastic track, but a number of the karts had little to no acceleration, some were super fast, some were so slow that you didn’t have to even use the break around the entire circuit.
From what I remember number 9, 6 & 3 were karts we used, nearly 2.5 seconds slower, for really competitive people this wouldn’t be ideal. Never the less we really enjoyed it & highly recommend it.

Wow what an experience for the Go Karting.
We had a massive group of 12. The briefing was informative, and the safety was top notch. We took our own helmets. Glad the track was cold... means there was good ventilation especially with the petrol fumes.
Brother in law (Donkey Kong more like) made contact and squashed me like a sandwich leading me to being winded 🤦♀️ Two of the marshals rushed over to make sure I was okay and stopped the race briefly.
If it's going to be your first time... remember you will come out feeling like you've been in the ring with Rocky so be prepared! Make sure you follow the rules and don't drive like a Tipton boy racer and you won't get disqualified 😂
All in all, we will be back!

Excellent Escape Room, had loads of fun. Great quality set up with well pitched difficulty levels, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Booked this for my son’s birthday. Spoilt his birthday as what we had paid for we didn’t get. We completed 25 laps then got taken off and some members of the party left for home , the remaining group were told we had more laps to do. Asked for a refund as all couldn’t participate and were told no whatever!! Very poor organisation and what bad customer service by a bunch of kids running the show. Far too many groups booked in and they have no idea how to get everyone through. BE AWARE!!!

You booked 2 x 25 lap sessions. This information was given to the organiser when booking, on your email confirmation, to the lead guest at reception, to all guests during the briefing and we also have TVs in the spectator area with photos of the drivers in each session. I’m unsure how we could be any more transparent and clear on how sessions are ran without patronising people and talking to them like children. If the organiser didn’t pass information on to the rest of the party and drivers chose to ignore the instructions given in the Briefing there isn’t much we can do. Our venue is extremely well organised and ran by a team of highly trained and customer focused adults who aren’t there to be spoken down to and abused because customers choose not to follow instructions or listen to information provided.

We recently had a great party there. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My 13 year old daughter and her friends are new to karting but everything was well explained. Would definitely recommend this place👍

visited today and was bloody fantastic. My son had previously gone here and wanted to take his friend along to show him what a great time it was there.
They done 3x20 laps , and 3 games of lazer quest the staff was all brilliant on the ball with the safety of everything and an overall down to earth bunch. Seeing it was my sons friends first time he was a bit nervous on the track but with the help from the guys and giving him that bit of time he was soon on the go.
would highly recommend and already looking at booking again for next week.

Staff welcoming and friendly very clear safety procedures in place. Had a fantastic time for my nephew's 18th. Would recommend experience. We had 50 laps broken into 2 x 25laps with a 10 minute break between.

the best go karting place ever, not too strict with the rules i remember i went to TeamSport Go Karting Birmingham they were terrible,couldn’t ever overtake people had to go in a single file line no fun.
Here u have great staff members, good prices, good and better track i love it i have been 5 times

Friendly staff and well organised party!
Amazing go karting party for my 9 year old son and his friends! Very well organised and everything explained to us regarding health and safety and timings etc.
Our group photo was eaten by my puppy a few months after the party and my son was gutted! I called the venue and a member of the team found the original and printed another and sent it me free of charge!
Great place for a party and wound definitely recommend!

Hi. We are open 7 days a week from 9am! All bookings do need to be pre-booked to secure a slot. You can just walk in if you like but we cant guarantee a space and it is cheaper when pre-booked.
