Weird place- I asked for a Diet Coke and they tried charging me £4.28 for a 330 ml bottle and when I questioned it they changed it to £3.80. Luckily I always check the card reader as they didn’t verbally say how much it was. Not sure if it was a genuine mistake or trying to take advantage as there is no drinks list at the bar.

Absolutely awful experience. Arrived with friends and received extremely rude and disrespectful treatment from the manager. Please do not waste your time or money here, staff is completely unprofessional - you won’t enjoy yourself and will leave with a sour taste in your mouth.

i had the worst experience at this karaoke bar, there was no respect from the managers and it was very uncomfortable to be around them!

Absolutely horrible experience. Kevin, I still remember his name. He ruined what was meant to be a sweet night out with my boyfriend. Every time I tried to ask for anything or voice my concerns I was rudely scorned. That’s when he was even in the building, I felt so bad watching the other (understaffed) staff members running around fixing his messes. Would NOT recommend

We visited last night as a group of friends. We were initially told that they were running behind due to a problem with the power, which was fine we were happy to get a drink and wait.
Whilst we were waiting to be served one of my friends drank from the water station at the end of the bar, as she did the glass broke and cut her mouth - blood everywhere. The girl behind the bar then accused her of breaking the glass herself.
The manager was nowhere to be seen and the assistant manager refused to come out to deal with the situation.
The manager eventually turned up an hour later and refused to apologise or even offer our friend a drink. He was so rude and had absolutely no clue what he was doing.
The place is shabby and dark, it reminded me of the film ‘Hostel’, nothing like the picture. Our first round of drinks ended up on the floor because the top of the table wasn’t attached to the legs so it just tipped up.
This is an awful place with rude staff and evident issues with maintenance. We didn’t stay and after an hour late our room still wasn’t ready anyway.

Went to Karaoke Bar to celebrate friend’s 50th birthday last night. The staff there
are very professional, patient and polite. Emmanuel and Fiza went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Definitely recommend the bar. Thank you Emmanuel and Fiza for providing a fantastic service!
