I recently used Arundel Executive cars for a return trip to Heathrow airport. Eddie was our early morning driver, a true gentleman with excellent communication and great comfortable minibus which took 5 adults and cases with comfort. On return Michael picked us up in his Mercedes, a great drive back with a very personable and considerate driver. Great service that you AEC

Arundel Executive Cars provide a high quality and conscientious bespoke service.
Apart from the proprietor, Nigel, there are 2 drivers in particular who deserve absolute top rating:
Michael - a courteous, respectful and polite young chauffeur in every respect who amazed me with his expert “knowledge” of London to get me to my destination on time… An old head on young shoulders who is a credit to the company and drives an immaculate car.
Edwin - Who has driven me many times. He is entirely reliable and experienced, resourceful and helpful driver with a great sense of humour. Trips may be weeks or months apart, but we always pick up where we left off!

Another great journey as usual. Picking up from Eastergate to Gatwick North and return.
Ease of booking & communication is great.
Nigel picked us up & we had a very smooth early Saturday morning journey with him. On the return was a new face to us - Michael. He was very chatty, friendly & courteous which made for an excellent return journey to Eastergate.
Would definitely recommend. Thanks again & see you soon!

Arundel Executive Cars has done it again! Amanda is lovely and makes booking easy and quick. Edwin went far above and beyond in taking my elderly grandma to Heathrow. He put us at ease by communicating well in advance with multiple family members and caregivers. He even took pictures of her luggage and tags to make things easy when she arrived at her destination and messaged us to let us know she was settled at the airport. We felt completely at ease knowing she was well looked after.

We booked Arundel Executive Cars for our transfer to and from Heathrow Airport and we are so pleased that we did. Ed picked us up to take us to Heathrow and he was brilliant! He was so friendly and immediately made us feel relaxed and taken care of. We chatted and laughed the whole way to the airport and it made the perfect start to our holiday. The car was spacious, extremely comfortable and luxurious too. Nigel then picked us up for our return journey home. He was simply brilliant too - so friendly and helpful, and just like Ed, he made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. After a long and tiring flight, Nigel took care of everything for us and drove us home in style and comfort and was great to talk to. It was the perfect way to end our holiday. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and we will definitely book them again. Their attention to detail before and during their service was exceptional! Thank you so much Arundel Executive Cars!

We usually do valet parking when going on holiday but as we were going from Heathrow T3 we thought that we get a few quotes Arundel executive cars was amongst them it was the speed of and accuracy of the reply that started to be impressive the communication from Arundel executive cars was really good not only from the office but also from the drivers the day before pick up both from home and abroad but also when in the airport making the whole experience very painless would highly recommend Arundel executive cars

Well, what can I say this must be one of the slickest , professional services I have ever encountered my daughters had booked a trip to the O2 Arena in London, but had not thought about how they were going to get home. I contacted Arundel executive Cars and was very luckily put in the amazing care of Edwin who contacted me twice prior to the actual journey and on the actual evening roght through the pick up stages , where the girls had estimated a pick up time of 1130 Edwin , Had decided to get there an hour early. Unfortunately he was correct. The girls came out. He not only communicated with the girls for a rendezvous point, but also with me the whole evening to let me know that he had arrived at the venue. He had contacted the girls. He had collected the girls and they had even very cheekily persuaded him to take them to a McDonald’s absolutely outstanding service, if only the world was full of more people like Edwin, thank you so much and can’t wait to use you again 10 gold stars !!!!!!! OUTSTANDING THANK YOU EDWIN

My first time using Arundel Executive Cars and great service from start to finish. Very simple organisation with Amanda over email. Then my driver Glenn was really helpful and friendly with updates and checkin’s prior to pickup. The car was spotless and great condition. Overall great service.

First time using Arundel for business travel from London airports to coast. Wonderful service. Thanks to Edwin on the trip to Worthing for taking the garden route and pointing out which flowers were blooming in the meadows and providing a lively guide to the towns we passed by and through.
