Most uninspiring and disappointing, pleasant enough countryside when you are not routed on a main road, misleading and contradictory road signage in places, will not bother again.

I know the timing of the blossom is subject to the weather but we ventured on to the trail when we understood it was supposedly at its best. We followed most of the route OK but not only was there a lack of blossom but a lack of orchards on the route so hardly surprising. I think the visitor concept needs a rethink.

Visited Croome Court with friends on Sun 13th Apr and wanted to see Blossom Trail that I had tried to find out about. Was told by visitor centre that blooms were still around. Drove towards Pershore and eventually saw some AA trail signs which promptly disappeared !
Drove around for a good few miles and sort of saw some orchards but no blossoms. Really disappointed.

We visited Hidcote Gardens few days ago and on way home decided to seek out the Blossom Trail at Evesham...apparently there are yellow signs....but the yellow signs seemed to disappear ....drove around for long time catching the odd sign then they were gone at next roundabout...gave up in the end and headed for M42. If you are persistent n patient you might find it eventually. Good luck!

The AA signs were not visible coming from Broadway direction. Then they referred to coach route, and as we were in a car we didn't know whether to follow - could it be the best for all, or just the best for large vehicle access? We tried asking locals, but they seemed unsure. Maybe for good reason- we were disappointed by the lack of orchards, and the trees we did see were very old and tired looking. Not fresh and abundant as we had been led to expect. It was a lovely sunny day, and the area peaceful, villages pretty, but just lacking in blossoming orchards. Are they a thing of the past?

Have to say that both the online and printed map are pretty much useless and we only noticed one blossom trail sign. We did see some blossom even though we knew it was a bit early yet. Only followed one part in the north. Nice looking pubs on the way around though.

I have followed " the routes " on a number of occasions with a mini bus of senior citizens. The issue I have is that the routes issued and sign posted have changed little over the years however the Orchards- (hence the blossom isn't always available to see )as they have been ripped out. I have taken this up with the organisers but without much joy. I believe they must rerun the routes again and then rewrite the guides. Lots of coaches from the midlands visit and I know after talking to them they are disappointed. I have visited at the start , middle and end of spring and now use my own routes around the villages to see the blossom in people's gardens etc.

Sat in your car, following a well signposted route, admiring the flowers, is just lovely.
Maybe healthier walking - but it's much too far to cover on foot and on a slightly chilly day, the car is so much warmer.
A great way to enjoy Mother Nature.

Well we were going to the Evesham Garden Centre and then onto The Round of Grass at Badsey But as we had time to spare ..Our Kind Driver decided on the More scenic view and being such a nice day The Blossom Trail ...and we were not Dissapointed at this time of year it was so Beautiful our Members really Enjoyed it and we travelled to the Garden centre ...Deserves a mention as I could not find a reference to it ...Most of us buying Beautiful Plants and Bedding Plants ..Then we went for a carvery at The Round of Grass .....( See my Review )

We spent a lovely weekend in Pershore especially to do the Blossom Trail having seen it advertised last year.
The orchards are small and sparodic with mainly white blossom being pear and hawthorn. The apple blossom was not out yet. The hedgerows and cherry trees were a picture. We saw an awful lot of wildlife including deer, rabbits and a fox and heard cuckoos and a woodpecker on the walking trails.Tiddsley Woods carpeted in bluebells.
Not quite as much blossom as we thought there would be. But the bluebells views and wildlife made up for it.
We decided to drive round hoping to see more blossom but to be honest we probably saw more along the “A” roads through Shrewsbury Bridgenorth to Worcester and motorway verges on our journey there and back.
However. Pershore was a beautiful town with much more to explore than the main road through it. Would recommend a walk along the river Avon and a look at the bridges. Also The Angel Hotel and The Star Inn have Gardens down to the river at the back.

Yes you are pulled by a Tractor, glad really as my husband could not walk very well as he was waiting for a hip replacement. Have to say we got on the first one no bother, but were told on some days you might have to wait up to 2 hrs.
