Absolutely outstanding customer service from every member of staff we received prior to & on the actually day. Had booked a factory tour & a drive for my 93 old dad. The staff were so kind & accommodated all our requests to give my dad a very memorable day. He was a little worried about how he would physically cope with the day but all his fears were laid to rest with the kindness & patience of all at Morgan thank you so much

We thoroughly enjoyed the factory tour.Amazing to get so close to the cars as they were being built, no peering through glass widows here. The staff were brilliant,tour guide cousin nick was very knowledgeable and a great asset to the company. The lady from Northumberland in the gift shop really friendly and approachable, the cafe staff were very good as was the food. Best day out.

I live locally and have promised myself a visit to Morgan for some years and I was not disappointed by my experience.
This was a fantastic tour enhanced by a very knowledgable and friendly guide. We were taken through the whole process of building a car from scratch and highlighted the meticulous detail that has made and continues to make a Morgan a car of distinction.
The tour lasted around 2 hours and we were able to see a wide range of Morgans in production as well as some historical models in the museum. About 70% of their production is exported.
It was easy to book on line and plenty of parking and would heartily recommend a visit.

Morgan Factory Tour was excellent for car or non car enthusiast alike. Going through Morgan's heritage to present day build techniques and technology. The guide was super informative and enthusiastic all the way through the two hour tour. Excellent value for money.Mor

Fabulous day! Very impressive factory tour with the very knowledgeable and informative Brian Harwood this morning, followed by a delicious and well valued lunch in the cafe before my husband’s much loved driving experience in a Plus 4 with the amiable and equally knowledgeable Colin.
Thank you to all the team for making our experience so enjoyable! Would recommend to all including budding engineers, petrol heads, motoring correspondents & spouses thereof!

had a brilliant day at the morgan factory the tour was very interesting and enjoyable after the tour we had a bite to eat in the cafe very clean and food was enjoyable then my husband had an experience drive in a plus three which he said was fantastic would highly recomend this experience

I bought the tour for my dad as a Fathers Day gift but we waited until the summer to book the tour and make a day of it. It was certainly worth the wait. From the moment we arrived we knew it would exceed expectations. The array of cars on display out front gave us a taste of what was to come. We received a very warm welcome at reception and were informed of the plan for the tour. As we were early we had a quick look around the showroom where the staff member was very happy to chat to us whilst he meticulously polished the cars. At 10am we met out tour guide, Kevin, who was friendly, patient, funny and very informative. The tour lasted just over 2 hours and we went through all the old buildings, seeing how each Morgan car is assembled. We went on a Saturday so there were only a couple of staff members working in the factory so it was nice and quiet and very easy to hear the guide. We finished in the archive room/museum to learn more about the history of the Morgan car at our own leisure. Our guide stayed around to answer any questions. We finished in the gift shop, a must for any Morgan enthusiast before heading for tea and cake.
Although this is a tour, the amount of walking is minimal. My 82yr old dad managed perfectly fine. And remember this is a tour of a working factory, it's not a history lesson so you won't be overwhelmed with lots of historical facts.
If you fancy tea and cake afterwards, it's best to book as it can get quite busy at lunchtime.
Overall it was a great way to spend half a day and a wonderful present for any car enthusiast. We will definitely go back again and maybe book the driving experience. Thanks to all the team for making it a memorable day for my dad.

Simply brilliant. From the welcome at reception to saying goodbye at the end of an extensive 2 hour tour, the whole experience was excellent. If you are in the area then this is a must on your itinerary. If you are not in the area, then consider a detour, as this is a well worth visit, full of interest, history, and nostalgia for the making and workings of this wonderful and iconic sportscar.
Our host and tour guide, Les, was brilliant. An enthusiast, knowledgeable and engaging, he didn't rush, answered all our questions, and shared his passion for these cars with wonderful insight, good humour and pitched it at just the right level for both the car buffs and those of us who are somewhat novices.
Highly recommended and you won't be disappointed.

We did the Factory Tour at Morgan and it was fabulous, It was the best part of a couple of hours and they let you see every part of the factory. I really felt that it gave an insight into the cars, how they are made and why they are so special. The took great pains to ensure that you could hear throughout with radio receivers and earpieces for all. The staff were all really lovely and charming. I could not speak highly enough about the whole experience. I might have to splash out on a driving experience next time.

Incredible Day. Although already owning a V6 2019 Morgan Roadster, my girlfriend suggested we go tour the Morgan Factory with her dad, and his partner. What a great day we had. Greeted by our tour guide Les, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. What a nice chap with a great knowledge of Morgan Cars (owning one himself), and his knowledge of the history behind the origin of Morgan. We got to drive the 3 Wheeler Super 3. and the 4plus 4. The Food was great, Tea was great, We were served a big lunch with delicious Scones and desserts from Faun (the restaurant inside Morgan- superb) The CARS are amazing, the People are Amazing, the lady in the gift shop was very helpful and kind. The Tourguide Lez was the best. The whole day was amazing. Well worth the money. It took a good portion of the day, but it was truly delightful.

I am thinking of bringing my 5 year old son. Is this experience generally suitable for a child of that age?

The tour lasts for around two hours and involves quite a bit of walking between production buildings, listening to the guide via the headsets provided for this purpose (so everyone in the group [usually 10 in number] can hear what's being said at the same time) and watching craftspeople working on their part of the build process. I'd therefore suggest that a 5-year-old might well not sustain interest.
Whilst we weren't looking for them, we didn't see any children's recreation areas whilst on our tour.
To make sure either way though, you may wish to ask the question of the Morgan Car Company direct as they may have health and safety rules in place to cover this eventuality. I've found their admin team to be very helpful and responsive to e-mails etc.

You are able to choose from a plus 4 or 3 wheeler when taking the 3 hour hire. The 3 hour Morgan sports car hire is available until 31st March. Please contact our main reception on 01684 573104 to book your experience.
We re open on 2nd January at 8.30am.

Hello, the Morgan Easter one week factory shutdown is from Monday 2nd April, the Morgan factory will be closed for this one week only. We are open on Good Friday when guided tours will be available. I hope that this helps.
