We had a brilliant time today skating and doing the escape room, lewis was extremely helpful and friendly keeping an eye and helping out in the escape room

We had a great time in Bunker 38. It was the perfect blend of challenging and entertaining. Whenever we needed a helping hand, Lewis was always on call to give us great advice!!
Will be back to try the other rooms!

After going to Ice Quest a few times for the ice rink we decided to try their escape rooms.
We love to visit escape rooms and have completed all the ones at our favourite venue so have been looking for a new place to visit.
We weren’t disappointed. We’ve never started an e.room the way you start Cell Block - it definitely adds to the excitement!
Dove was an excellent host - helping us out multiple times 🤦🏻♀️.
As the clock ticked down and we were getting closer n closer to being locked in, it was our 11 year old that saved the day! 😅
We escaped with about 3:58 secs left on the clock.
Luke met us at the door and showed us to the photo / prop room where we could have a winners picture in dress up if we wanted. He was very friendly and took the pics for us 👍🏻
Really positive visit, we’ll definitely be coming back to try the other rooms 👍🏻

We've been to Ice Quest 4 times now for the 4 different escape rooms and had a great time every time! Lewis is a great games master, always entertaining with the kids and ready to help when we get stuck! Going back again to do some ice skating and laser quest to finish off the holidays! Thoroughly recommend!

My 11-year-old son and his friends had a great time doing an Escape Room at Ice Quest. Our host Abby engineered the game superbly so that they escaped with just a few minutes to spare and they all really enjoyed it.

We did an escape room for my son’s birthday, it was the first one we had ever done. It was amazing… lots of laughs and big grins all round especially after we managed to escape with 2 minutes to spare. Dove was really helpful and explained everything so well throughout, and the helpful hints on the screen were much appreciated. We had a wonderful time.

We had the best time at Ice Quest Malvern, we started with laser tag which was great fun then we moved on to the escape rooms. It was our first time doing an escape room and we would recommend it to anyone, the staff were excellent and explained everything to us and our host helped us with clues throughout which we definitely appreciated! We finished off with ice skating which was great, the lighting and music is good and there are plenty of skating aids available. The food here is good too, great selection and slushes available for the kids. Everything is really well set out and the staff are all so helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a visit, we will be back!!

Visited today with husband and two kids (10 & 13). Great escape room, lots of challenges and a good storyline!
Lewis - our games master was great! He was very friendly, made it fun for the kids and overall super helpful. We haven’t been to this location before and all staff were very pleasant and particularly impressed the props/room were of a high quality and not damaged/broken (we’ve done quite a few escape rooms in the past, again not this location/company - and this always seems to be the bit that has let them down). Overall fab experience and felt value for money taking nearly the full hour to complete!

Good fun, went for my birthday with husband and kids. Pleasant staff (Lewis and Dove), we enjoyed it. Clear instructions given. Would consider doing another.

Hello Alison,
The minimum age for skating is around 18 months, as we have Seals and Penguins that they can use. The Seals can be sat on and be pushed around!

Hello the minimum age for our Laser Quest is age 6years, by all means bring them in to try out a pack.
