What a fun and informative start to our Xmas event. We learnt so much on our walk and very much opened our eyes to hidden Worcester gems. Thank you for a great experience.

I’d long wanted to do this tour and it didn’t disappoint. Our genial host, Gavin Hurter, was really engaging and knowledgable as he took us round all too familiar Worcester landmarks and told stories of ghosts and historical events. It was great fun learning new facts and hearing spooky tales and by the end, we all had a new found appreciation for certain buildings that we, as locals, have walked past a million times without fully appreciating.

What an excellent night. I've lived in Worcester all my life and this is the 1st time i have done this walk.The guide was very knowledgeable and had a good rapport, definitely worth every penny of the £7 would highly reccomend the tour, i learnt so much about the history of Worcester and landmarks i had previously walked passed.

We enjoyed hearing tales of historic events in Worcester. Not very spooky so if you are expecting a scary walk you may be disappointed. Our guide was good and knowledgable.

Our group of 24 was led by Gavin who told us anecdotes, silly jokes and fascinating facts about various sites in the city centre. Everyone enjoyed the tour which included many historic buildings - and the ghost stories relevant to each. All the group were entertained and enthralled throughout the two and a half hours.

We experienced a great walk last night and accessed parts of the city and buildings closed to the public. This was an excellent experience and one we would recommend highly.
The set up organisation was done by email and all ran smoothly including a thank you email this morning from Chris.
Any questions i had were answered by return.
Thank you for making this experience so easy to organise.

We had a group walk on Friday for a office outing and it was brilliant. Gavin had so much information it was great.
Have lived in worcester for years and didnt know half the things he told us.
It is a proper walk so dont wear heels.
Would recommend but not that ghostly.

Our Ghost walker skilfully led our party (mostly teenagers) around the secret parts of our Faithful City, sharing many spooky tales and happenings. The kids loved it and learned so much about their hometown in an interesting and engaging way. Our guide created a ghoulish atmosphere in his storytelling and the kids loved exploring places normally out of bounds! Fabulous!

Went last night (Halloween) I was impressed, good value for money, a bit of fun, maybe the guide needs to find some better jokes but still had a little giggle :) I would book to go again

We've lived in Worcester for 20 years but never managed to do a ghost walk in the city centre of Worcester before - until last night.
To be clear from the start - I don't believe in ghosts or other things that go bump in the night, but like most people, I enjoy a good ghost story.
We were met at the Elgar Statue by Lord Ron, and he took us on a good walk through Worcester, pointing out haunted buildings and telling us who supposedly haunted them, and some of the experiences that people who worked or lived in the buildings had had. Several buildings in Friar Street/New Street/Cornmarket areas are haunted, with spooky stories told. We went down into the dungeons under the Guildhall, and in St Swithen's church - where a member of our group took a photograph with an unexplained light in the church, and an interior door slammed as we left!
Our guide was Lorn Ron, who knows the history of Worcester well. He was interesting with a very mischievous sense of humour, so we learned a lot and really enjoyed the evening with him.
This tour is highly recommended - a great way to spend a Friday or Saturday evening!
