Did this activity as part of a Stag do. Was such a laugh and everyone really enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the river and made it fun!

Had a fantastic experience white water rafting with a party of seven on a stag weekend. It was absolutely freezing but that didn't stop us from having a super time. Excellent safety briefing beforehand, with great guides in Kris & Rory who made sure we enjoyed the whole experience. Thanks guys, we are already planning a return trip.

Had an amazing day with our instructor Rory who mixed essential knowledge with quick wit. Fun and Thrills of the day have given us the need to book another day in the water hopefully on a regular basis

Great stretch of river to play in! Awesome to see Llangollen from the Dee. River was plenty rough enough for a good whitewater experience. Well run and staff were fun, good chat and easy going.

The team at White Water Active are amazing! From start to finish you are made to feel welcome and at ease. Every member of the team go out of their way to ensure you get the experience you booked with a little bit extra! Memories to be made and great photos to take home too

Fantastic experience. Really enjoyed our Canoe trip over the Chirk aqueduct. Rory our guide was very knowledgeable and experienced and went above and beyond to ensure we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Thank you to everyone at Whitewater Active. Would highly recommend and would definitely return in the near future.

Excellent staff and really nice clean, quality wetsuits and equipment which was great. We had a lot of fun and we would definitely recommend it. Our family ranged from 11-52 years old.
Warning - it can take a long time to find parking in the town. I would allow at least 30 minutes or longer in the summer.

U will have to ask at the white water office if they have a max. age limit however, my dad is a fit 66 years old and thoroughly enjoyed it. So in my opinion a fit 70 year old is more than capable.
