Really well looked after and regularly serviced bikes. Helpful and friendly owner, who knows the area well and gives great advice. Fantastic area to ride.

Just fantastic. We hired great quality, reasonably priced, bikes for the day. Keith had some great suggestions for local routes and couldn't have been more knowledgeable and attentive. A real highlight of our holiday.

Excellent service. Well equipped shop. Keith is very knowledgable about bikes and the local area. He helped us out with an emergency mechanical issue, quickly sorting it out and getting us on our way again, without a doubt saving our day. Top bloke, would highly recommend

Excellent service , Keith the owner is friendly & knowledgeable. Good quality bikes to hire. Lovely scenery around Talybont Reservoir & beautiful village to spend time in. Scenic Canal is across the road to walk or cycle along. You will not be disappointed!

Had a bike disaster mid hols today meaning my sons bike was unrideable, Keith to the rescue!!! We popped in and Keith worked some magic, 10 mins later bike is fixed and child is HAPPY! Hols are back on track! Thanks a million 👍😊 (Keith also directed us to the excellent bike hub in the village where the fixed bike was given a wash down!)

We visited Bike and Hikes for some advice regarding my sons bike. Keith identified the issue and ordered replacement part straight away. The following morning the part was fitted, the gears tuned and it has been working perfectly. Many thanks to Keith for the fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced service. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service
I was having issues with the gears on my ebike and called in on the off chance whilst passing, the chap was busy but stopped what he was doing had a look at my bike and sorted the gears out for me there and then.
I then rode a further 7 miles with no issues at all and everything back to nornal.
He didn't even charge me for his time i tried to pay but he would not except it and then spent 10 minutes telling us all about the local trails.
The service was 110% and i dont think there are many people left in this world that are this helpfull.
Thank you very much bikes and hikes you saved our days riding.

Beautiful scenery with brilliant bikes, would definitely recommend. There is a nice lake on the side of the trail, so perfect for good camera shots etc..

I would thoroughly recommend Bikes and Hikes! We hired two bikes for a morning, and received really good service. The owner of the shop is super friendly, full of local knowledge and happily recommended routes and places to stop for lunch. The bikes are also great quality and the hire prices are very reasonable. We would definitely hire from him again if we are in the area!

A really friendly chap, he has all the local knowledge and made the hire process quick and easy. Parking on the road nearby is easy and free and the roads we used are quiet and smooth to ride on!
