After booking a birthday party months in advance and paying for the reservation, the softplay team called me a week later asking for payment again. I told them I had already been paid over the phone, but they said I had to go there in person to prove I had paid.
The week before the party, I went to the Softplay and chose the party room I wanted. They told me they would contact me to find out how many children there would be, and the buffet had already been chosen.
The day before the party, no one had contacted me. I sent an email with the number of children and they replied asking what type of buffet we wanted, information given well in advance.
On the day of the party, to my surprise, when we arrived, the chosen room was already occupied and the staff who had booked it the week before, instead of apologising, was extremely rude.
When the food arrived and we saw that there was not enough, we paid extra to have enough food for all 19 invited children. They served hot dogs but no sauce to go with them. They didn't even give us ketchup.
The experience we would have liked to have had was completely the opposite. The softplay team is extremely unprofessional. We will not repeat the experience and we really do not recommend this softplay for birthday parties.

We had a 4th birthday party booked here months in advance, they cancelled it at the last minute and lied about why it was cancelled (they said they were closed but were in fact open), they did not offer an alternative date and were extremely rude to us. They also took ages to refund the money.

We recently hired the centre for our daughter’s birthday party. Good modern facilities for younger children but the reason for the review is the excellent staff - extremely helpful and attentive which made for a great event.

Well, we've used this soft play from the very beginning, and it's been very good. However, after a visit today with family, we are very sad to see the price rise to £9.50 to one child with no difference if you take a sibling . It's a nice softplay but this price rise is ridiculous and greedy and too expensive . We as a big family, have always used it at least once a week and booked it for many birthday parties too. Sadly, we won't be returning . It's a real pity . Do your homework T Rex , your pricing yourself out .

Fun mini golf. Some more and less tricky holes which is great. Would be great with kids too. 3 grown adults enjoyed the silliness though

Wow! Can't believe we did not know about this place before. A wonderful family attraction. Our 6 year old grandson and friend loved the crazy golf and tired themselves out at the soft play afterwards. The guys who put the course together deserve an award.

Family day out to celebrate grandson birthday, what a fab fun filled day for all , crazy Dino golf is great for all ages, golf course had been well thought out and very well built , small coffee shop serving light snacks and not at rip off prices, we all had a great day , give it a go , we are going back soon.

We went as a family group (3 generations) and really loved it. It's well laid out, fun, educational and of course our 4 yearold loved the dinosaurs! Just the right level of difficulty too. We didn't try any other of the facilities, Recommended but very popular!

This was brilliant. Really cheap for 18 holes of mini golf. Loved the dinosaur theme. We had so much fun. Some of the holes were really tricky which made it a challenge. Great for adults and families alike. Would highly recommend this place. We stopped on our way back from the Big Pit.
