What a amazing team building night out . Arrived on time with the most amazing welcome , ,Kim ( first shift ) looks like she had been there more then that , great knowledge of the games and challenges . We did the Wild west and alcatraz defo advise both rooms .

I wasn't too sure what to expect as I have limited escape room experience and my daughter has never done one, but as a duo we figured we would give Alcatraz a go. On arrival we were met by our game master Joe. What an absolute legend! Throughout our experience Joe was attentive, funny, helpful and completely engaging throughout. The puzzles in the room were varied and at times frustrating, but that is maybe just a poor reflection on my brain! Overall we absolutely loved the experience and are already lining up a return to try out Wild West. If you're on the fence about going to an escape room, go here, you will not be disappointed!

We tried the Alcatraz escape room and it was really fun and our game master Joe was super helpful and had a great, happy energy that made us excited to play!

Th staff where friendly and fun they make the experience a time to remember.
We done the wild west escape room and never knew some of family can be competitive lol 😆 we did not manage to escape from the room we got advised we only had 2 clues left which was disappointing but was shown the last 2 clues at the end of the time was run out.
Will return to try others and cant wait to try the new rooms that are coming.

This is the second escape place I've been to and would recommend it to others to visit. We completed the hostel room with only 23 seconds left, so right down to the wire. Our gamemaster Dan was helpful and was always on hand if we did need him for hints.
Highly recommend it and will come back in future!

Genuinely this may be one of the scariest things ever. We chose hostel, and our game master skylar was so friendly and make the experience very fun deserves employee of the month trust, although he did scare us and i probably have ptsd. The whole experience was so fun and probably one of the best places i have ever been. I think the only thing that should be added is the ability to have the camera footage from your game because honestly it might just be the funniest thing in the world, we were traumatised. We did not succeed because we were too busy screaming but trust me i will be back. (still screaming)

I don't know what we even expected it's 4 dumb teenagers playing Hostel as a first escape room experience. The puzzles were fun and interesting and luckily weren't ridiculously hard but did require a lot of thinking—-and in all honesty we did get a lot of help from our game master Skylar but you get the point. To be fair the whole environment and decor of the place was great it really added to the theme of Hostel but it really did scare me and my mates to bits. I don't even know what to say I think I have ptsd but I won't leave a bad review for my own safety in case Skylar comes at us with that chainsaw again. (It was a good Experience Skylar was nice this is all us being overdramatic)

Was our first time visiting and will definitely be going back! Our game master codie was amazing! Explained everything before hand, was very bubbly and very helpful! The room itself was also amazing, fit the theme perfectly! Had the best time!

My friend and I recently tried the Alcatraz escape room for the first time, and we had an amazing experience. Our game master, Codie, was fantastic—she provided clear instructions and offered helpful clues throughout the game. The atmosphere was engaging, making it both challenging and fun. We left feeling excited and eager to try another escape room in the future!
