Lovely wee museum showing the amazing advances in medicine that Glasgow was responsible for.
Side not, not bringing down the score for this but the volunteer needs to read the room. We did not need bombarded with his political views from beginning to end of our time there.

Had a fascinating visit to this museum about the history of GRI and in particular those of its past practitioners of most significance. Thanks to Hilary for the welcome and for taking the time to point out the highlights. All the exhibits have clear and unwordy explanations. Lots of fascinating snippets of information. Thanks to the Friends who have worked to preserve these items which would otherwise likely be lost.

A hidden gem in the centre of Glasgow tucked away inside a functioning hospital! You can see how much care and dedication has gone in to putting this informative and inspiring exhibit together. Made me very proud to have worked here!

Small but informative and very interesting. Run by volunteers who are very knowledgable about the history of the infirmary and its founders. Well worth a visit.

This Museum was a major highlight of our trip to Glasgow. Although we had an expert volunteer guide, the size and layout compress a wealth of medical history with captivating vignettes and artifacts. The profiles of ground-breaking work by world-leading health professionals were just great. Check out the Biodiversity Garden.

Was visiting Glasgow cathedral and noticed this small museum What a lovely hidden gem Staff really nice and keen to promote museum Shown the small garden filled with medicinal plants and wild flowers to help the local bees I even got a look at their archived equipment Really unexpected well worth a visit

The museum consists of one room in a functioning hospital. We spent at least one hour reading the exhibits and talking to the helpful volunteers. We learnt some interesting facts about medical discoveries and advancements in Scotland.

Had never noticed this before. It's fairly new. It's a little museum about the history of the hospital and who worked there. There are usually people there who can tell you about what you're looking at. We found it fascinating. It's just next to the cathedral

Absolutely fascinating visit to this small free museum. So much medical history has taken place in Glasgow. I had no idea. We were lucky enough to meet Dr Wilson who works at the hospital and sems to have an eidetic memory for the history behind each exhibit item. Thanks for your time, it was delightful!

Lovely museum tucked away in Glasgow Royal. As a medical student at Glasgow University it was great to see that Glasgow has such a rich medical history!
