We're so sorry we had to cancel your tour. This is not something we take lightly and we will do everything possible to avoid these situations. Unfortunately things sometimes occur outwith our control and we're forced to cancel tours. In the event that we do have to our terms and conditions are clear that we will always refund you if we're not able to get you onto a different tour.
Our terms and conditions also recommend that all customers take out travel insurance to cover them in the event of their own last minute cancellations or missing the tours. We hope that all our customers take this advice to just in case of an emergency with the hope that they would never need to use it.
