Has the feel of a provincial gallery with a rather random selection of art. Not too much of note excepting a couple of Jack B. Yates and some local artists. It’s diverting for an hour or so - a good wet weather option.

Got to be honest was quite surprised how good this place was. Some really fascinating art pieces, modern and old and some great Irish and Cork art. Lovely setting too and a lovely quaint book shop.

We are not especially fans of museums style "modern art". However, we liked Crawford Art Gallery. Already for the place itself: a beautiful case. Then the works are varied, well spaced.

Visited on a recent Sunday morning as we had an hour to kill before a harbour cruise. Free to visit, although donations are encouraged.
Some of the exhibitions were closed, but those that were open were interesting enough. The gallery is due to close later in the year for major redevelopment, which on the website looks very exciting.

A fabulous little gallery in the heart of Cork. Well worth a visit. The collection is over three floors and is small but beautifully done.
There is also a gorgeous little cafe called the green room - I had a coffee and a nicest slice of cake I've had in a long time! Staff lovely too 😊

We really enjoyed what we saw but there wasn't a lot of it. We visited on a Sunday and many areas were closed. We enjoyed the Harry Clarke exhibition.

We went to the Gallery and the place is beautiful; however, we went to the cafeteria. While we were having coffee, a colleague decided not to order anything, and the manager appeared and kicked her out because everyone must order if they're in the establishment. The lady was very disrespectful and rude, even though we were a group, she still removed her from the place. I am angry and find this behavior totally unacceptable.

We popped in here whilst visiting Cork, admission is free and I imagine you could spend many hours here if all the exhibition rooms were open but many of them were closed so we spent about an hour looking at what was available.
The Casts were very interesting and also the exhibition about the building which used to be the customs house.
Would visit again if the rest of the exhibition rooms were open.

Gallery good. Need a map and.or audio map to find. Coffee shop within the Crawford Art Gallery charged 2 euro for hot water.

There are some really impressive statues and artefacts here that are worth exploring. Admissions is free, which was quite nice.

When I visited I don’t remember seeing any staff there so I’m not sure where you could leave it, probably be ok to take it around with you I imagine?

Hello from Crawford Art Gallery! Unfortunately we do not have any pictures of Rostellan Castle's Lodge in our collection. We do have a view of Cork Harbour from Rostellan, displaying Ringaskiddy and Spike Island, dating from the nineteenth century, but it does not feature the Lodge you mention in your query.
