Staff especially mark extremely rude. Love the pub but as long as he is behind the bar I would not go back. Pity. I work in city but mark has ended my time in mutton lane

A historic pub down an alleyway, quite small inside and out but cosy and welcoming. Staff were friendly and we had a comfortable and enjoyable drink, Worth a visit for a pint or two.

Called in for some early Saturday morning pints
Great atmosphere
Barman in no hurry to serve
Saw one couple come in , barman didn’t even acknowledge them , they waited a few minutes and just turned and walked out
Happened a few times while I was there
He could have least had said hello

Brought friends from the uk to the English market and then onto mutton lane. Suck a beautiful traditional Irish pub. The Guinness and beamish was great

Fantastic pub spoiled by bitter job hating bar man - scruffy red beard. Horrible attitude, dehumanising and degrading to fellow staff not to mention customers.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! I love a quirky, old and full of character pub, this little place certainly did! Nice selection of drinks too! Only negativity was the toilets, if your disabled or a big unit you will have issues! Plus they need updating.
