Driver was friendly, efficient. Helped with our luggage at pick up and drop off in the pouring rain. She knew her way through the twisting streets of Dublin.

We really liked that the company sends the driver’s details in advance. When we arrived, it was not difficult for us to find our driver; he was waiting for us at Arrival Hall with a sign with our name. The driver Darko was very friendly and helped us with our luggage.

We had booked Airport Taxi Transfers DUBLIN to meet 5 of us with luggage, after flying for 30 hours from Australia.
The driver was messaging me and calling me before the plane had landed because he had arrived 15 minutes before our plane had been due to land. Even imbeciles know that you cannot use your phone while on a flying aircraft. By the time we had disembarked the plane and made it through immigration it was another 20 minutes. Then the bags of 5 travelers were finally collected and we were the last out. I messaged the driver to say we were ready and he said "I am not your driver anymore" . Airport taxi transfers then called me to ask why we were a "no show". I promptly told him that we showed up and that the driver had arrived way too early for an international flight. We had prepaid 64 Euro!!!!!!
We then caught a van at the airport cab rank and it only cost 30 Euro to take us to our city hotel.
I would recommend that NOBODY EVER USE THIS COMPANY IN DUBLIN AGAIN.
They are dishonorable and refused to refund our payment.

We were met by our driver as we walked out of customs. She was timely, professional, and courteous. It’s so nice to see your name on a sign after an all night flight. We had a great experience.

Truly Professional company. Although the flight was a huge delay they monitored the situation and at the right time they went to pick up clients. Recommended.

Our driver Keith was so friendly and offered us a little tour of the city loop with tips of where to go to sight see, eat, and where to stay away from danger. He had a lot of historical knowledge to offer as well. He was so very helpful!
