It’s an opportunity to see all picturesque places from Dublin to the west of Ireland, enjoy the nature and Galway city , which was amazing at Xmas time. Jonathan was attentive, interesting storyteller, I got plenty of interest information about Ireland

We joined a group formed by Irish Experience from Dublin and explored the wide atlantic coast. We loved everything about the tour: the guide Anthony, the views, the plan, the accommodation, the rich breakfast and the good vibes . We are so happy we cose them and are so excited about this wonderful tour. Anthony catered to all our needs, the group became united like a family and we were sorry the tour ended

Derrick Nixon, our bus driver and tour guide, was absolutely a delight and the epitome of exceeding customer expectations! He made our day fun and sang several Irish songs!! He was very organized and efficient and very clear on our schedule for the day. I highly recommend this day tour and Mr. Nixon as your tour guide!

We went on the day trip out to the Cliffs Of Moher on Mon 4/24 and had the most amazing day! Bud was a fantastic guide. He was funny, informative, kind, and had one heck of a singing voice -- we had Molly Malone stuck in our heads for days -- not complaining! Highly recommend this day trip, especially if you get Bud as your guide. Thank you for a wonderful day!

We went on the tour to the Cliffs of Moher & Galway. Our tour guide, Bud, was great! He was funny & informative! The cliffs were breathtaking! Bring clothes for rainy windy weather in case! Galway was having their Christmas market, which was a fun experience, including rides, artisan gifts, & festive food!

Lugar fantástico pero mal organizado. Excursión con Extreme Ireland a la Calzada de los Gigantes y Belfast. Los lugares son fantásticos pero en la Calzada de los Gigantes estuvimos una hora y media (poco tiempo) y nos fuimos directos a un Pub donde estuvimos esperando 30 minutos a que el conductor terminara su comida. Creo que el conductor nos avisó pero se expresa con rapidez y términos coloquiales como si hablase con sus amigos y es muy difícil de entender para los que nuestra lengua nativa no es inglés. En Belfast estuvimos 1 hora, con lo cual regresamos a las 18:00 horas en lugar de a las 20:00 que era lo que aparecía en el programa de la visita. Estuvimos todo el día corriendo excepto cuando esperamos a que el conductor terminara de comer.

Not only were the Cliffs of Moher absolutely beautiful, but our bus driver and tour guide, Michael, was incredibly kind, funny, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour!

What an absolute amazing time we had. We booked this company for two tours and could not believe what we got in return. We started the tour in the middle of Dublin. Only a ten minute walk from our hotel. We were met with Aidan, our tour guide. What an amazing person. Very professional, and a great story teller. He took such good care of us (thank you if you are reading this)! The drive was 3.5 hours to Cliffs of Moher, but I think he got us there a earlier. Aidan drove and told amazing stories about what we saw. The cliffs of course was breathtaking (unfortunately a little foggy, but nothing anyone could do about that). We then went to this seaside rock area, one of my favorite views on this trip. Beautiful. Followed lunch at a sweet resturant, then Galaway and back to Dublin. One schedule the entire time. This is well worth the price. Honestly my husband and I were shock at what we got for what we payed. Worth it 100%. Thank you for an amazing day, it was the highlight of our honeymoon!

We really don’t like writing reviews and considered this carefully before actually deciding to post. Our motivation is to inform others about our experience today - we travelled across the world (from Australia) and paid good money for a substandard experience.
We were instructed to be at the meeting spot 15 minutes before a 6.50am departure. We arrived 20 minutes before just to make sure we had a time buffer. At 6.50am we were still waiting in the dark and cold, uninformed. There was no one from the tour company present to advise where to wait or what to do. At 7.05am we were called down onto the main road where two coaches were waiting. The drivers were responsible for checking attendees off their lists. By the time we got to the bus door there weren’t enough seats for the two of us to sit together. Our driver then pleadingly asked passengers to voluntarily swap buses etc. long story short, we left Dublin one whole hour late which then compromised the amount of time we could spend at each attraction. Our driver kept telling us that we were very late through no fault of our own I.e it was his fault. He kept talking (rambling) and coughing into the microphone which was super annoying. Because he was talking and driving at the same time he kept losing his train of thought as he navigated the roads. His driving was jerky, all over the rumble strips all day and every time we encountered a car he came to a practical standstill. Why take big buses down small roads if they can’t handle it? We had two ‘strict’ 15 minute stops at roadside service stations which blew out to 30+ minutes. At the Cliffs of Moher we were given one hour and twenty minutes - not enough time to get a walk in, use the audio guide and see the visitor centre. So we skipped the audio guide and the visitor centre and walked the paths very quickly, but not enjoyably. Back on the bus, we drove ten minutes to a pub for lunch - we had no idea this was in the itinerary and had already bought lunch. So then we had to wait 40 minutes for everyone else to eat. Why everyone couldn’t have bought lunch at the cafe at the Cliffs was unknown. If we’d had another 40 minutes at the Cliffs we would have been able to enjoy the experience. Back on the bus, we had a 10minute stop at Burren before arriving in Galway to heavy traffic at dusk. We were then told we had one hour to explore. Seriously, what can you do in a new city one hour? By the time you find a bathroom and grab a coffee and orient yourself, it’s time to head back to the bus. On the way home the driver rambled so loudly, we couldn’t rest at all. He kept talking about whiskey, telling bad jokes and apologizing for being late, through no fault of our own. We were so over it by that time. Other tour companies usually distribute headphones and let people option in to the guide. I wish these people did that because this driver/guide could not perform either function (driving/guiding) well. He pointed out landmarks in the dark and would say coming up on your left is a particular attraction but I can’t stop, so just take a photo. Very very unhappy and would not recommend this operator - Extreme Ireland booked through Abbey Tours via our travel agent. Hands down the most disorganized tour we have ever been on. The only tip for this guy was to get his program together

Hi, they are two different brands under the EI Travel Group. Irish Day Tours are specifically for their day tour business whereas Extreme Ireland Adventures deal with multiday tours and walking/cycling tours. Originally there was some crossover on the name but they are seperate entities now with different drivers and guides. Kind regards, Keith

Please tell me about your villa rooms and a typical 2 bedroom with 1 king and 1 queen, how many bathrooms? and how many pull out couches are available? fitting how many adults? Is there any charges besides the room and tax we should be aware of. We are interested in finding out about this hotel.
