The massage was really relaxing and it was me and my partner and we got a couples massage. Pressure wasn’t great very light and wasn’t asked if the pressure was okay or what type of pressure we wanted. As a massage therapist myself this is what I would ask my client before treatment.

The one hour full body massage missed the mark for me but my partner was quite happy with hers.
Several body areas were missed. Arms, hands, hamstrings and quads. All areas important for an ageing body like mine

What a treat! I booked a stress buster (back, neck and shoulders) massage and it was amazing. Louise took my booking and she had magical hands! I've had a pain in my shoulder for months and this was the first relief I've had. Wondering customer service and definitely worth the money.
I can't recommend this enough and a big thank you to Louise!

Rang and booked in myself and my two daughters for a 30th birthday treat for one of them. I booked 2 hot stone massage package and a maternity massage all of which included nibbles afterwards. When we got there we were told that they couldn't do hot stone massages for both of us together and neither could they do them one after the other as they were too busy. We got no apology whatsoever. What I did get was a sullen masseuse...the visit left a bad taste in our mouths. Could have ruined the day but we didn't let it. Won't be going back.

We had some treatments 7 of us and we enjoyed but there was a couple of things I wasn’t happy with and when I contacted them by email they didn’t reply back and I contacted them again and still no word and I then contacted the hotel nothing back and I contacted the company that owns the premises and no word back. I was extremely disappointed as when I was emailing them to book treatments they were able to email me straight away as they were getting a nice bit of money off of us.

I had a 55 min Top to toe package here last week. The therapist Katie was very professional and I totally relaxed, in fact I think I was snoring at one stage!!😳The only thing was that the product used didn’t seem very luxurious and there were no real aromas. However I will definitely be back, thank you

Myself and a friend recently availed of the afternoon tea and a spa treatment offer for €60.
We’d a 60 min facial each, and left totally relaxed with glowing skin. Afternoon tea in the hotel was delicious and there was so much of it we each went home with a box of leftovers!
Incredible value, wonderful spa therapists and treatments; all in all a treat of an afternoon. We’ll definitely be back!

I visited the Orchard Spa today for a Maternity Massage. I was given a voucher as a present and it was a lovely experience! The therapist Louise provided a great service, understanding how much time I needed to get ready before/ after and adjust, there was no rush and she provided a very relaxing experience. I'll definitely be back soon!

Paid €85 for a hot stone massage and requested deep pressure. Instead, I got what was essentially an oily rub down. Only for I heard the odd clink, I wouldn’t have known a stone was involved. Really disappointed in this service I paid for two of the massages as a birthday gift for my friend. Wish I’d spent my money elsewhere. Would never recommend and will not be back.

Got a great deal €60 for light lunch, prosecco and 60min massage.. The light lunch was huge, both of us were stuffed and satisfied and the massages were great, felt much less sore after our long flights from Western Canada.. And the price point was much better than any other spa we looked at!
