I came with my blind daughter for another SEN child’s birthday.
Wow, what a wonderful place.
We had Heidi as our host and she was absolutely incredible.
She must have training with SEN children because she just understood and kept everyone involved.
What a great member of staff, an absolute credit to the place!!
Love all the different sections, a great selection.

We attended today for a party. The party host Kelsey was absolutely amazing. The party was with sen child and she totally understood all the childrens needs. She was out going, polite.

Time slots. It would be great to see some longer time slots to allow time for lunch, or the option to stay all day even.
We found the some staff needs some further training on people skills and how to manage speaking to the public.
Further more, the disco and games are a firm favourite during a normal session we would attend and they were disappointed this wasn't the case on the day we visited!

I had my little girls birthday party at big sky , and the hosts Kelsey and Jasmina dressed as Anna and Elsa took very good care of the children , they played and danced with them and made their day full of joy. The food quality and quantity was good and the hosts had very good hygiene standards and even made sure the children had their hands clean before eating their lunch. Thank you very much Kelsey and Jasmina for the wonderful time we all had at Big Sky Peterborough.

Had the most amazing party here and the party host Kelsey was amazing. She understood what the kids wanted. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

The staff were very welcoming and considerate, in particular a worker called Charlie, who was running the GoKarts. My son is autistic and was extremely nervous about going on the Go Karts, but Charlie really put his mind at ease. Everytime my son would crash Charlie would help him, and never once became frustrated with having to help him. Charlie is a real credit to the staff at Big Sky!

My kids had a lovely time as always. However, today I must really compliment the two young members of staff, Jasmine and Kelsey. They were fantastic with my two kids on the climbing wall, keeping them calm and informed. I believe it was Jasmine's first shift but you wouldn't know it. She was so competent and made my kids confident in climbing up the wall.
Jasmine and Kelsey are a credit to Big Sky. Whatever you are paying them, it is not enough!
