Didn’t escape but got so close , we did the Jack the Ripper escape room. Host was fab and really attentive ! Would deffo go back and do another room soon

I have been here many times and it's already a tody space with very kind and fun hosts who explain in detail and cover all bases. The rooms are always left tidy when finished no clues out of place.

Our team of 6 work colleagues paid a visit on 20th of December, as part of our Xmas celebrations. I was the only one never to have done an escape room before, but after this experience I’ll definitely be up for more. ‘Espionage’ was our chosen room, and from the moment of our arrival we were treated in a warm, friendly manner. The staff were lighthearted and helpful throughout, explained anything clearly, and helped whenever we got stuck and asked!
The escape room itself was apparently their most difficult, with us managing to be in the 15% that had completed it. Only just thought, with 21 seconds left on the clock! It really does get you thinking, and bouncing off each other.
Back outside we were greeted with hearty congratulations, and a team photo opportunitiy to show off our success (albeit with with a few clues, ssshhh).
Excellent stuff.

Went for Jack the Ripper for partner's birthday. The staff are simply amazing and friendly.
This was our second escape room, but the first for some of our party. We enjoyed it a little more to the previous (but that could be because we had a better idea of what to do) while the newbies found it harder than expected, but we all enjoyed it!
The staff hid a birthday card in the room for my partner too, and they also put up bunting and made happy birthday signs for our group photo at the end!
We are already planning our next visit with more friends!

Loved this escape room - The Castle of Fire and Ice. Went as a family Christmas gift - 4 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 12, all involved and immersed in the challenge.
Room was definitely hard enough to keep us thinking and we had a few hints when we got really stuck but we worked as a team and cracked it with over 11 minutes to spare.
The clues were varied and interesting and the props and room set-up were great.
The staff were excellent - we met Kirsty, Amber and Sarah today - friendly, helpful and engaging.
Highly recommended and we will certainly be back - thank you!

great starter room for a family of 5 . managed to escape with 57 seconds left and had 3 hints. will definitely try a harder one next time

Visited today with colleagues on a team building/Christmas day out and we had a great time. We took on the 'Jack the Ripper' room which was the easiest (but not so easy!) room. The game master Kirsty was so welcoming and friendly and explained things perfectly. We did struggle at certain points in the room but Kirsty was on hand to provide useful hints. Would definitely recommend for escape room newbies and veterans. If you are looking for a unique team building experience, or some fun with friends, this is definitely worth a go!

Great experience, highly recommend! Aaron (I believe his name was) who booked us in was very helpful and accommodating. We booked last minute due to a change in plans and wanted to try the escape room. He got us booked in and ready to go swiftly and was very professional. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to get out of the room even with a few pointers but we had a good laugh trying!

Hi, Thanks for contacting us. They may be a little young for our rooms but it does depend on the whole group. Our puzzles are designed more for teenagers upwards but our lowest age is around 8 years old. If there are a good mixture of younger and older players the game can still be enjoyable for them but I would advise staying away from our Horror room 'Maniac'. I hope you enjoy your visit to the area and Maybe we will see you soon! You're more then welcome to come and let us lock you up if you like. Kirsty

Do your rooms have people who jump out or scare you? I’m really nervous and would hate to ruin the experience for my friends. Would really appreciate an honest answer as I’m not just a scaredy cat I actually will pass out.
