Stayed in the hotel. It was great to have the room around the stadium. Only down side it is a long walk to the rooms. The rooms are clean, tidy and modern.

The organisation for getting people to their seats was terrible. No one knew how to direct us to our seats. Had us clambering over people already seated in order to get half way round the stadium because we had been told to go to the wrong entrance gate.
Very easy to get out though.
Take That concerts have been held there before so the organisation should have been better.

Went to see Take That, show was great, comfy seats, good toilets. However, prior to visit customer service never replied to any of the questions we had regarding start times or parking. They never answer the telephones and on the day of the concert, the phone lines/customer service were both closed. Plenty of food and drink at the outside venue, competitively priced. Queue was well managed as long as you were "seated", queue for the "standing" areas was a nightmare. Nothing though like it was after the show....the management of the leaving crowd was non existent and everyone ended up at the onsite Asda supermarket. It was so bad, Asda security guards blocked the doors to the concert goers. We were all desperate to use their toilets!! To get out of the car park took 2 hours, 1.5 hrs without moving an inch!! Absolutely no organisation whatsoever. Because of lack of access to the venue for taxis etc. some people were totally stranded. Later that evening, once we'd managed to get out of the car park, we saw concert goers (some very young) walking along the dual carriageway trying to get home. Won't go here again, it was awful.

Came for the Take That concert.
It was so disorganised...only one way in...stewards not knowing where to point people or hadn't been briefed properly.
Once in which took over a hour .. bars were busy and then choice of drinks was poor.
Great concert ...and then another hour wait for the shuttle service back to the hotel..on what was a cold night.
Won't be going back for any concerts until they sort this mess of a venue

We attended the Take That concert & it was very busy. Our pre booked parking was messed up but all the staff assisting with parking were brilliant especially Richard from MK1 parking & another gentleman whose name I didn’t get. They went out of their way to arrange alternative parking for us.
Once inside the Venue all staff were very helpful & friendly. I have never attended a venue where all staff including the Security were so friendly & helpful. It’s a shame this isn’t the case in a lot of venues! Stadium MK you were all brilliant 5 stars to you all

Absolutely brilliant experience!
Called up the commercial team at the stadium, arranged tickets. All very easy and straight forward.
Delicious and well organised dining experience. Free drink on arrived, great seats that have superb view of the pitch.
Met with the MK players in the hospitality after.

Went to the arena at the stadium for the Cazoo Masters darts tournament. Have to say seating was great, great view of the players. Your staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly, security were spot on inside the venue and weren't OTT when people were having a good time.
I only have one complaint and that is the pricing of the drinks, I paid £7.15 for a pint of Camden Ale, no, I didn't have to have that particular drink but the drinks menu in general was expensive, I don't pay that for a pint when I go to London or Manchester, even the food was fairly priced, certainly in comparison.
I appreciate you don't want people getting out of hand with alcohol consumption but most people are pretty sensible and know their limits.
It didn't stop us having a great afternoon and as I said your staff were brilliant, just have a rethink on the pricing maybe??

While we weren’t allowed into the stadium, the merch shop was visited by us. Very pleasant people and service, we bought jerseys. The MK stadium itself looks very impressive from the outside, top class, unique looking stadium.

We booked a table at the annual APEA dinner and ordered £400 of drinks for the table. Before the event finished they tried to take the remaining drinks away so we suggested that our guests take the bottles of wine that were left. Annoyingly, despite is paying for them they were stopped and told they couldn't take them away. They then even cleared away all the soft drinks we had ordered without us even realising.
This is disgusting considering we spend so much on the event, drinks for the table and a lot more at the bat.

Arrived at stadium at 2pm, no food available apart from a microwaved hot dog, sold out of everything.
Not used to a large away following,over 2 thousand.
Took 40 minutes after the game toget out of the car park.
Toy town,beautiful ground but no atmosphere, not geared up to dealing with more than a few fans.

Pre-paid parking fully booked for upcoming concert, where is the best & easiest place to try & park nearby, or at least not miles away? Is there any street parking or should we be looking at other car parks?

There are plenty of places, depends on Budget. There is the Double Tree Hotel at the Stadium, there are 2 x Premier Inns close by or a Campanile Hotel.
