Came across this place whilst on a hen night. We were all aged from mid 20's-30's with a couple of the lady's in their 50's Music wasn't great and drinks were a little steep but still surprisingly enjoyed the night. Might consider going back.

Same as previous really, staff was very rude . Saw bouncers mishandle several people through out the night some being girls who hadn't done anything I could see . Really awful atmosphere. Then let us buy £30 worth of drinks and told to leave very aggressively . Not recommended if u want a pleasant night out .

Terrible bar including staff, unhelpful and rude . Never come across anything like it, rang to complain and the manager was unhelpful and slightly arrogant, didnt understand the severity of problem caused !

I have been to Banks bar with a group of friends and were having a good time until the moment we decided to order a few more drinks... We went to the bar, ordered and paid for the drinks and, when the beers were still being poured, the music stopped... and we were told we had to rush and leave the bar.
Well... having paid near 20 GBP for our drinks we were not pleased at all! We were not drunk and did not misbehave but obviously expressed our feelings.
The staff treated us like a bunch of drunk people and said, literally: "Just drink up and leave. And don't come back... we don't care!".
I really like Banks, mainly in the Summer... but won't definitely go back!
Good luck with the business! The way you treat your costumers is unacceptable... and yesterday you lost 10 of them!

Only dropped in for a few drinks but ended up staying till they closed!
Such a great atmosphere, great music, great choice of drinks. Loved it!
I will definitly be heading their first on my next evening out!
Staff seemed lovely and polite and were happy to recommend different cocktails and make all different ones for me and my friends!
Going to pop in during the day as I caught a glimpse of a menu and it looked YUM!
