Wonderful team at RMC with helpful advice - particularly on the canoe shoot (great fun - do try it!). Great value for money too. Will definitely be returning to try kayaking again.

Booked a kayak trip for my friends birthday went on the 27th august . Had a great day and the staff was fantastic . Dropped my sunglasses whilst getting off the canoe and mark the owner got a paddle board out and scanned the riverbed till he found them how’s that for good service ! Highly recommended

The staff at RMC are always helpful and informative. I have paddled 3 times so far this summer and more to follow. They certainly gave me the confidence and good training to get out on the river.

In hindsight Medway Canoes were scant on sharing information about the canoe shoots, what to expect and portaging the canoes to get back. They are heavy so be warned! We managed it because there were 3 of us but a couple who were also paddling at the same time had to ask passers by to assist! I wish we had taken kayaks instead, they would have been lighter and I think we could have traveled further.

We already had one SUP board but had wanted to go out as a couple for my 40th birthday. Mark was incredibly helpful in taking a late weekday booking and being on time and communicative. He got us a suitable board setup and ready and helped us with our own kit too. He also supplied good directions, tips, safety briefing and a useful dry bag all included in a reasonable price. It all made a great start to our little trip and made all the better by the amazing views along the River Medway (or Medkong as we like to call it).

We had fantastic customer service before, during and after our trip and clear instructions. Being a complete novice and nervous on the water all my fears were alleviated and we had a fab time! We hired 2 Kayaks for 2 adults and 2 children (9&11) and we laughed alot! We travelled down to East Farleigh and back again in the glorious sunshine and then in the rain and thunder! We would highly recommend this activity for a great family day out! Thank you for a fab day!

Great day canoeing on the Medway with lots of beautiful scenery, locks and wildlife to look at as you paddle along. Easy to park nearby to the start point and very friendly and helpful customer service.

Excellent day out in the sunshine. Easy to book, easy to find the location and great customer service throughout. Everything was explained very well. Beautiful peaceful route, we took the canoe from Waterinbury to Maidstone and back, approx 12 miles in 6 hours. Good value for money
