What a fantastic evening. Loads of friends have recommended the Dice Box to us, and finally we had an evening when we could attend.
The kids eyes lit up at the sight of all of the games to choose from, and THEN they saw the fabulous drinks, food and snacks on offer.
Best of all was the fantastic, helpful and extremely knowledgeable service by every member of staff.
We found a lucky gift in one of the games - an unexpected Easter surprise that really made the kids eyes light up!
We were given a loyalty card which we will definitely be coming back with to get filled up.
We could not have had a better evening - thank you Games Gurus.

Had a good hour there on Saturday. Would recommend booking a good 2+ hours. They introduced us to a few games that were really good fun. Really good at recommending games based on size of group and time available.

My friend and I had an absolutely cracking time here. All the staff were so welcoming, especially James! He was very good at explaining games, and recommended some very interesting ones as well. We were there for four hours and even that wasn’t enough! We really loved it and will definitely be going back with more of our friends.

Cute night made great by the really lovely staff and excellent choice of board games, great idea explaining the board games as we don’t usually play them. Will return!

We decided to try this cafe as it seemed a little different. The staff were really friendly and really knowledgeable of the many different games they had. We asked for a game that wouldn’t take too much thinking so that we could also chat. We were offered three different games which were all explained to us (never heard of any of them) we chose a game and the games guru explained the rules. We ordered drinks (I had the dirty chai which was really good). The game was great fun and then we ordered food whilst picking another game. The next game had only just arrived in the cafe and again we really had fun playing it. The food was really tasty (I had the vegan meatball sub). Will definitely visit again

Accidentally came across this absolute gem whilst on a night out with my partner!
The staff are so keen to help, very attentive and the drinks were lovely too! Nice atmosphere, something different to do, and good combination of both drinks and games!!!

Loved everything!! Starting with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, absolutely delicious coffee, and the help from a Game Guru, I think I've found a new favourite place! (Just one thing, the chocolate cake was a little dry.) I'll definitely be back :)

Love the dice box! I have never seen such a big game collection - lots of options both for families/friends/couples looking for a light game for fun, and for more serious board gamers looking for big games. My husband and I go a lot! Steph, Trev and the other board game gurus are all so friendly and great at helping you to choose a game. They also do great food and snacks, and alcohol these days too :)

I have been to The Dice Box once before and I had a really great time! We went in the evening and the staff were incredibly friendly, and immediately reccomended an amazing game for us to play as we were all relatively inexperienced board game players. It's a great place for anyone who likes board games, no matter how much experience you may have.

This is an amazing place to come! We stumbled across this place and I'm so glad we went in, staff were amazing and explained all the games to us. Such a great idea, you pay 2 pounds each and hour to play and three hours later we were still playing! Wish we had found it sooner
