Staff both at the hotel and spa were helpful and friendly. Cocktails and food amazing. Booked a 1 hour massage for myself and hubby at the hotel spa. Both Chloe and Carol gave a perfect massage. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍 🙂

We recently stayed at the Cotswold House hotel and made use of the Spa on our last day. We each booked a massage. The Spa was clean and well kept. Service at the front desk was excellent, and we were quickly shown to the changing rooms. We were then introduced to our massage therapists for the massages. Both massages were very nice - the right pressure, nice ambiance, etc. We finished feeling relaxed and refreshed - a nice way to start the next segment of our trip. If you find yourself in Chipping Campden, I would highly recommend the spa!

My friend and I recently spent A lovely day at Cotswold House Spa. The staff were very welcoming. The full body massage was amazing and the therapist listened to my requirements. The hydro therapy pool was warm and invigorating. Afternoon tea in the hotel was great. We both had a lovely relaxing day.

Me and my mum came for a spa day here and we had the best experience! Both of our treatments were absolutely gorgeous and we felt so relaxed after them. The spa facilities are very clean and very good. The hydrotherapy pool so nice and warm and the steam room is perfect and smelt amazing. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place enough for a day away relaxing. We will 100% be returning and once again couldn’t recommend this little treasure enough ! Thank you Cotswold spa :)

This is our 2nd visit to the Spa and we cant wait to return.
I had the most wonderful massage (sorry cant remember her name) and the staff are so friendly, they greet you as if you are family! Nothing is too much trouble for them. You can tell they are all very happy to work there.
Changing rooms and pool area were spotless and the hydro pool was lovely and warm.
Its so refreshing and personal compared to the other large leisure centre like spa's.

Really disappointing. We visited as a group of friends just to the spa and not the hotel. It was very reasonably priced so I should have known, however we were still really disappointed with our experience. Most of the staff were lovely apart from one which I believe was the main manager or supervisor for the day who really couldn’t have been more rude if she tried.
The ‘changing room’ fitted about 2 people and had around 10 people at one point, all crashing into each other trying to get changed and the temperature was 29.9 degrees, not acceptable or healthy.
The pool area was at 31.2 degrees, again a dangerous level of heat especially when so cold outside.
Really poor, would not return or recommend.

Staff exceptional, treatment rooms very calming and treatments first class. We had 5 treatments between the 2 of us and all were 1st class. Really impressed.

I just had a magical back neck shoulder massage by Sylvia. Feeling so relaxed now! Extremely good technique, very knowledgeable lady- thank you so much!
The pool unfortunately was chilly, as was the temperature of the spa in general. Definitely not as described “hydrothermal” , it was a shame that 2 out of the 5 jets in pool were out of use also.
In our opinion, not worth the £10 spent. We feel as paying guests at sister hotel the 2 hour slot for pool and steam room should be included in price

I had a face, neck and shoulders massage by Joanne and it was incredible. She was really hospitable, polite and professional and the Spa itself is gorgeous. Could not recommend it enough.
