Me and my friends thoroughly enjoyed our experience yesterday. The variety of different themed rooms and challenges made it very interesting and fun.
Big S is an asset to the place and company, providing us with massive enthusiasm, optimistic energy and making the tasks clear to understand.
The person we had beforehand that introduced us first was lovely and attentive as well. I can't remember their name but their jade crystal necklace was pretty!
The only thing I would change are the prices of the photos to buy at the end are a bit pricey. It wouldn't really cost anything to send digital photos, so a cheap option of digital only would entice more people.

What an amazing experience. It was brilliant from start to finish, as a family of different ages we all loved it. Alex was brilliant as our host and kept our energy levels up and made the game even more fun. Definitely recommend and will be returning to do it again!

We had an absolutely brilliant time at The Crystal Maze in Manchester for a hen do!
Our host, Big S, was amazing—so energetic, engaging, and encouraging throughout the entire experience. She made it such great fun for all of us, keeping the energy high and ensuring we all felt part of the action. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and she kept us motivated and laughing, even when things got tricky.
The whole experience was perfectly organised, exciting, and filled with laughs and teamwork. We can’t recommend it enough—thank you, Big S, and the entire team for making the bride-to-be’s day so special and memorable!

We are a group of female friends celebrating our 40ths. We smashed the maze achieving 128 and a lot of that was down to Big S who is an extremely hot red tracksuit wearing babe x thank you

We had an amazing time! Sasha was a brilliant games master and every game was both fun and challenging :) would definitely recommend for anyone whether you are a fan of the show or not.

Just had an evening at Crystal Maze Manchester to celebrate our son’s birthday. It was absolutely fantastic! Very immersive & fun! We all loved it & Captain Alex was brilliant. The challenges, dome & staff are all incredible.

Any recommendations for parking? We are going out for food afterwards too, so would need a good 6hrs ish

There's the NCP at the Great Northern Warehouse which will be approx. £20 for 6 hours. Alternatively, if you don't mind a 25min walk, you can park at one of the car parks on Port Street in the Northern Quarter and I think it's £7 for 12hours? It's not as expensive as NCPs. It is however, an outdoor car park. You can always try the parking bays on Deansgate that are run by the council but they also tend to be hard to find spaces and not always the cheapest option. Recommend Parkopedia which can tell you where the parking spots are in Manchester city centre, just be wary the prices aren't always as up to date!

I booked it directly through Crystal Maze and had no problems. We booked for 16 and there was no issue. Teams of 8, so think about how you can organise teams.

Would this be good for my daughters 14th party? We'd take 2 adults and then 6 moody teenagers?! Will they enjoy it without needing reference from the original game show?

Definitely yes Vicky! If this had been around when I was a child/teenager I would’ve loved it as a birthday party idea.
We had a big group split into teams - many of them were either European or from North America and had no reference of the show at all, every single person loved it!
I don’t think any of the puzzles would be too difficult for 14-year-olds and they will probably be a lot more agile on the physical challenges too!
