Definitely one of the best city tours I've ever been on. A moving, sympathetic and humble guide who enhances the historical facts with personal and even intimate anecdotes that touch both the heart and the mind. I have excellent memories of this tour, thank you for sharing.

We went on the tour this afternoon with Andy, we had a brilliant time. Very knowledgeable and friendly chap, lots of interesting snippets of history about a city we thought we knew well, but we definitely learnt a lot more today! Would highly recommend, great fun!

Sonny was a great guide. The stories told were very interesting, and we learned many new things. But really, we were most impressed by his personal stories about the homeless in Edinburgh, very eye-opening. Highly recommend!

Did the Wonderwalk Through Manchester tour with Nic and what a friendly lad he is. Brightened up even the rainiest of days in Manchester.
When I'm not on the road and travel blogging for Girltakesmundo.com, I'm an expat in Manchester and have been wanting to check out Invisible City Tours. Glad I did, Nic's done a lot of research about Manchester and you can see his passion for music which I can appreciate as a travel blogger.
Can't wait to do the additional tours available in Manchester and learn more about the city I now call home.

Stephen was a fantastic guide - introducing our party to an area of Manchester I thought I knew and showing how easy it is to miss the history, the architecture and the darker side of Manchester past. He pointed out things I’ve never seen and blew my mind several times. I want to give some examples of this but ‘no spoilers’ - just go along and hear it from Stephen himself.
He was engaging and funny and his own story is moving and a testament to human strength in adversity. And you really got a sense of connection to the area around Angel Meadows.

Me and my colleagues, partecipated to Stephen's walking tour, with it being offered by our organisation as a staff wellbeing activity. Steve was amazing during the whole tour. He mixed history, real life experiences, humor and suspense in his very engaging and touching tour. Definetely a worthy experience, while being the opportunity to meet a great guy!

Stephen, our guide on We Built This City From Depression, was great. He told us his own story and shared his knowledge of the city’s history. He was friendly and funny. The two hours flew by. We (4) would all recommend Stephen’s tour. Don’t miss this!

Our Guide, Stephen, took us on a very interesting and informative tour of some of the lesser known areas of Manchester. Stephen is a lovely man and it was a pleasure to have spent an enjoyable couple of hours with him, learning about the history of the city and how his own personal story of homeless was woven into that.
I would highly recommend one of Stephen's tours, book it!!!

What a fascinating tour! Stephen was so knowledgeable about the area and was happy to share personal details about his own experience of living on the streets. He was a truly inspiring man and I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with him yesterday. I would highly recommend this tour!
