I’m really happy to visit Bolton, Travelodge, River Street just because of brilliant service received from hotel members of staff especially Mehwish who accommodated today, she’s so charming, caring and very helpful staff, so she really made me to kip come visit this hotel as well as to recommend my friends and family to visit here. I’m happy to give her the stars because she is a star for the way she’s doing her job with confidence. I am giving her 100% . So keep it up Mehwish.

No contact at all from Manchester Airport after not putting my case on the plane with me / our group. I have completed online forms. Ariival forms at hurgarda airport. Destination hotel. Hotel rep. Still no case. Just told to buy items I need there not tatalling £75.over 3 days.
Still at the hotel no case
Terrible service in fact no service at all.
I travel 3 times. A year I will not fly from Manchester Airport again. Totally disappointed.

Careparks (toad parking) damaged my car my car while it was with them, a massive dint abd scrape down the passenger side. We could provide proof that the car wasn't damaged when we left so they finally agreed to pay and I took it to a body shop. They wanted to pay them directly which was fine as I'm sure people send them quotes then use somewhere cheaper to pocket the difference. However have just found out that they still haven't paid the invoice from May. The garage owner is, fairly enough, demanding that I pay however I simply don't have £800 lying around. In addition as others have mentioned the windows were left open. Absolute charlatans avoid at all cost.
