There is a fee for the small museum and it is quite expensive. The explanations are correct but we are left wanting and the essential, that is to say his countless drawings, is not really exploited. The kitsch boutique as possible exploits the Hansi vein a little but mainly sells low-end items at a high price. Nothing interesting on Hansi, except mugs. You can always search for "My village". We have the unfortunate impression of finding ourselves in a mini Alsatian Disneyland...

Nice collection, successful museography. But unfriendly staff and despite paying entry no toilets!
The store is more developed than the museum's collection, which says a lot about the main motivation for the place's existence. Too bad, Hansi deserves better.

For "local culture"...

Can be "visited" in 15 minutes with 2 uneducated teenagers who don't know how to/want to read... see the review in question!

But if you come to discover Alsace, its culture and its history then look at the gadgets in the shop downstairs (beautiful and expensive) and go up to the 1st floor.

Hansi is a renowned illustrator and without knowing him you may come across these 2 photos that caught my attention (games of 7 errors, or much more) his eye and his mischief shine through!
