Nadege is great! She is very proffecional and nice. During our 1/2 tour she tried to show us as much as possible, respected our interests and wishes! Nadege gave us an amazing advise about the place to stay in San Sebastián and her restaurant recommendations were great! Listen to her! Thank you very much for a wonderful time and great pictures ! During our trip between Biarritz and Bilbao, Nadège proved to be much more than a simple driver. She is a true ambassador of the Basque Country, passionately guiding us through the picturesque landscapes and hidden gems.

My parents and I traveled from Lourdes to San Sebastian, and the experience that Nadège provided us with was absolutely superb! Outside of the tour itself, Nadège provided us with some great recommendations for meals and sights that we could incorporate into our itinerary. There are some on our list we didn't get to, but are looking forward to for next time. For the tour, she crafted a great itinerary for us to show off the best of the region - we particularly enjoyed Biarritz' fresh market and great eats.
The weather was not so great on the day of the tour, but thanks to Nadège we were able to make the best of it. It was raining on the highway leaving Lourdes, but Nadège drove through it very well. At some point, we suddenly encountered a deluge and she used her best judgement to exit the highway and sit it out at a parking lot, right before the rain and winds got extremely heavy. When the rain eased a bit, we hit the road again. It worked out well so that when we reached Biarritz a little later than expected, the weather had turned mild and we were able to get out, have a fantastic lunch, walk around, and take photos before the rain came back.
Nadège is very good at creating a well-planned itinerary and adjusting here and there based on the party's moods and tastes. She is also very responsive to unexpected conditions in order to give the best and safest experience possible. My mother is someone who is prone to dizziness/motion sickness on rides, and she was very complementary of Nadège's "smooth driving," even in rainy conditions. On top of that, she is a lovely conversationalist and clearly knows and loves the region best. We are very much looking forward to coming back to Basque Country and meeting with Nadège again in the future - next time with more family and friends!

Every year we spend time in the Basque Country and we always schedule a tour with Nadège. Each time she comes up with a new itinerary for the family. Whether it’s good, new villages, or a scenic tour. She is definitely the best person to book for all of your Basque destinations.

This is my second trip with Ze Chauffeur. Nadège is a knowledgeable and fun guide who planned a day of discovery in Basque Country. I am not a fan of most tours because they tend to feel generic but Nadège shared great, interesting information and we left feeling we had learned so much more than what we could have learned on a 1/2 hour travel show. She was punctual and the van is very comfortable and she's a good driver and thoughtful person. She made sure to check in to be sure we were up to any walks. Also, did I mention that she's really fun!

I requested a one-day tour of the Basque Mountains. The person was very cheerful and friendly, and gave me a thorough guide☺︎
It was very helpful because it is difficult to get to the Basque Mountains without a car. The restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Basque pork and Basque wine was amazing!

We had a wonderful trip with Nadège from Biarritz to San Sebastian, Spain. Along the way, she stopped at a couple of small Basque villages, and told us about some of the history and customs of each village.
She picked a great tapas bar in San Sebastian. It's wonderful travelling with her because people know her, so automatically, you're a friend of Nadège. That means smiles all around.
Did some shopping along the way too.
Her van is wonderful, and she's a great driver. Couldn't have had a better time. Would 10/10 recommend.

We are a family travelling with teenagers. So fortunate to have found Nadege on TripAdvisor. One can tell she is a very seasoned driver guide. The best things I like about her - she is fun and makes everything fun, simple in the way she explains history and culture, and so easy to work with to come up with the perfect itinerary for our family, she listens with her heart. Her spacious luxury van could seat 7 of us comfortably and fit all our luggages. She drove us from Bordeaux to San Sebastian, making a stop to climb the giant sand dune at Arachon Bay on the way. She made what felt like a scary downward walk seemed like a breeze. We had so much fun! We had her for the next 3 days visiting the Basque region. So beautiful we fell in love! She is also good at recommending great places to eat. If you are reading this and you are thinking to visit the Basque, go for it! What are you waiting for? And make sure to contact Nadege way in advance. Not only does she know how to do her job well, she also knows how to make a holiday meaningful.

Two of us will be arriving in Biarritz around 13:00 on Saturday, October 1st from a Backroads bicycle trip which begins in Bilbao and ends in Biarritz. We would like to have a tour of Biarritz and drive with Nadege through charming towns to arrive around 18:00 in St.-Jean-de-Luz. In Biarritz we would like to see the Hotel du Palais and other examples of Biarritz when it was at its peak in the late 19th and early 20th century as well as anything special about Biarritz today, before driving to St.-Jean-de-Luz..
We would like to see charming Basque towns on the way to St.-Jean-de-Luz and to leave some time for a tour of St.Jean-de-Luz. We are interested in very good food, hearing about the history of the Basque region and in seeing shops which have products reflecting Basque culture or things made by local people.
Would appreciate suggestions as to where to have a light but excellent lunch on the 1st and where to have dinner in St.-Jean-de-Luz both on October 1st and 2nd.
Kindly advise whether it is possible to do this and what the cost would be.
