Driver did not meet at set pickup area, cancelled trip citing we were not in place, and we were charged 9 eu. Uber did the whole trip without issue for 12 eu.

I recently tried G7 Taxi in Paris, and unfortunately, I have to say it was a disappointing experience. I had heard that G7 was a better option than Uber, but I couldn’t disagree more. The lack of transparency regarding rates was a significant issue for me.
During my ride, I found that the fare was 15 euros higher than what I would have paid with Uber for the same route. This kind of inconsistency is frustrating and leaves customers feeling misled. I believe that clear and complete cost transparency is essential for any transportation service, and G7 fell short in this regard.
As a result of my experience, I have deleted the app and will not be using their services again. I cannot recommend G7 Taxi to anyone looking for reliable and transparent transportation options in Paris. There are definitely better alternatives out there.

From the CDG airport to the hotel on the right bank of Paris, it cost €67 for four passengers. When I told the staff there were four of us at the airport taxi stand, they designated a wagon. If you check the price before boarding, the answer is "€67." The fixed price of €56 seems to be for up to three passengers, with more than four being added based on the number of people and the number of suitcases. The cab had G7 written on it and I could pay by credit card, so I guess this is the official price. Nothing like this is mentioned in guidebooks. Well, it's cheaper than multiplying by two.
The receipt is sent by email, but when I said "no" because it was too much trouble to enter my email address on the driver's terminal, he gave me a handwritten receipt.
Incidentally, the wagon taxi I asked the hotel to take on my return cost €95 to get to CDG airport, with a uniformed driver like the hotel doorman coming in a Benz wagon.

Forced to click on 1 star unfortunately but if I could leave a comment WITHOUT star I will do it immediately.
We went through their third-party option in order to have an agreed taxi booking 4 days in advance for a medical appointment this morning 9:00 am in the hospital.
Our surprise a call from the power plant at 8:00 this morning to inform us that they found no taxi.
The only solution proposed: the provision of an unagreed taxi for 250€.
A real shame to the G7 company which announces in its corporate commitments: mobility for all, a service of excellence...
They offer services that they are not even capable of providing.
Let them not be surprised that the VTCs took a large share of the market!!!
And very much that VTCs can be conventioned. They may want to bring more excellence!!!
Meanwhile, the only one penalized is our sick daughter.

My race was cashed twice by a driver probably dishonest, I am obliged to make weekly reminders to get refunded from a CUSTOMER SERVICE BILLING NON-EXISTENT, or at least incompetent. I will not order a single taxi at their house, and it is to flee absolutely!!!

I used this taxi service, booked through my hotel in Paris, and the driver refused to accept credit card payment, forcing us to pay in cash. Despite my repeated efforts to clarify the situation with the company, they never even attempted to investigate. They requested a sworn statement from my employer for reimbursement, despite having no record of what the driver charged. This response puts the entire burden on the customer, without holding the driver accountable for violating payment rules.
The company failed to acknowledge that the driver’s refusal to accept card payment was the core issue and continued to deflect responsibility. I'm reporting this to the appropriate French authority and sharing my experience to warn others.

This taxi company is unreliable and untrustworthy. I had to go through stress when I ordered a family taxi with a child seat the day before my Check-out from Paris. The race is to join the RER B from Châtillon.
To finally take the train and go to CDG airport. Ordered by 10:30 AM.
The taxi never came and I couldn't contact him directly as I didn't want to use my number as a stranger to avoid the excessive costs of calling from abroad.
Worst of all, the taxi never came to pick us up 30 minutes later, plus the app said that the passengers are on board and that the race has been taken care of.
I have the evidence in the form of screenshots to see the time and place where the taxi was, far away and even far away on the Paris ring road.
My credit card even showed the payment pending the transaction.
Finally my brother-in-law finally contacted them and the customer service even said that the taxi would arrive in 10 minutes. Finally, once the brother-in-law had spoken with the driver, he told him that the race was no longer suitable for him, at his discretion and without notification in the app.
I ended up taking an emergency Uber and risking a ride without a baby seat.
I wrote a complaint on the G7 website and never received a follow-up response after 10 days.
I do not recommend taking their service for lack of professionalism and seriousness. The application also displays incorrect information about the status of a race. Drivers can manipulate the race status without pick-up.
Never use them again.

More than horrible experience with this company. Bad fares indicate at Reservation and omission of additional charges, taxi sent undersized to take care of us: 2 adults for 1 baby with stroller and 2 suitcases per person. The taxi driver took more than 10 minutes to load the luggage because he did not have room in his vehicle: we are not left with things on the passenger seat and our knees. Loading time was charged to us!!!! We contacted customer service to dispute: we were told to pay and they refund after. 2 months after no refund and when you call them back, they reply that there will be no refund because for them it is normal that we pay the loading time because we have too many suitcases!!!!!! It’s just an odious racket. Avoid this airline at any Award

Une hirondelle ne fait pas le pri temps. Belge, travaillant à l’international, j’ai fait appel à eux des centaines de fois. Pour me conduire quelque part ou pour m attendre à la descente d’un avoir ou tgv et ,’épargner les interminables filles d’attente qui sont là plaie des 5ransports ferroviaires ou aéropotuaires de votre pays . Toujours satisfait ! Et les quelques euros de différences m’importait peu. Ils me faisaient gagner bien plus d’argent grâce au temps que je pouvais.consacrer à mon travail. Si qu’au smig, il vaut mieux envisager la ratp tout est question de rendement,. Pensez au stop, la prochaine fois!

et bien j'ai prix un taxi pour roissy avec UBER au lieu de 60 euros sans circulation j'en ai eu pour 110 euros plus cher que mon billet d'avion A/R Ibiza. Bonne chance si vous prenez UBER

Por equivocación hemos reservado los billetes a Paris hasta el aeropuerto XCR Vatry pero viajamos con una persona en silla de ruedas.
Me gustaría saber cómo podemos reservar un taxi adaptado PMR (minusvàlidos) que nos recogiera de allí y nos llevara al hotel de Paris y el precio.
