I am ashamed to review the HERMES store in Milan in via Monte Napoleone 12.
Unfortunately elegant and remained only in the name HERMES

answer of the seller "ARRIVERA" then the seller leaves because called by the colleague, then comes back, gives me two information is called back by the colleague and leaves me stupid once again.
I access the wish list with registration, they don't give a timing, they don't know how many requests ... called by the colleague, he leaves again.
Eventually I got tired and signed the waiting list I left.
I WOULD LIKE TO REMEMBER TO KIND SALESMAN THAT I AM PURCHASING A BAG OF 10,000 EUROS.
I don't ask for red carpets and rose petals, just a little more professional seriousness, more information and a little education that wouldn't hurt.
FOR POOR INFORMATION FOR THE CONDUCT and the same behavior of shops equal to ZARA or H&M but also OVS I think that entering Hermes and for the treatment immediately and how to enter the named shops where for a bag you save € 9990.00
unhappy bad experience

Mi trovo in imbarazzo nel recensire il negozio HERMES di milano in via Monte Napoleone 12.
Purtroppo di elegante e rimasto solo in nome HERMES
Deciso di comperarmi un BIRKIN 40 arrivo in negozio, arriva un commesso molto sbrigativo in alcun i casi non sa rispondere alle mie domande quando chiedo misure della borsa vista la m ia indecisione sulle taglie.
Cosa assurda non hanno un modello da mostrarmi delle misure che chiedo.
risposta del commesso “ARRIVERA” poi il commesso si allontana perché chiamato dal collega, poi ritorna, mi da due informazioni viene richiamato dal collega e mi lascia una altra volta come uno scemo.
Accedo alla wish list con iscrizione, non danno una tempistica, non sanno quante richieste… chiamato dal collega si riallontana altra volta.
Alla fine mi sono stancato firmata la lista d’attesa sono andato via.
VORREI RICORDARE A GENTILI COMMESSI CHE STO ACQUISTANDO UNA BORSA DA 10.000 EURO.
non chiedo tappeti rossi e petali di rosa, semplicemente un po piu’ di serietà professionale raggiorni informazioni ed un po di educazione che non farebbe male Asopettero’ la convocazione per il prodotto e come detto dal commesso e possibile che non sia neanche chiamato.
PER INFORMAZIONI SCARSE PER LA CONDOTTA e lo stesso comportamento di negozi pari a ZARA o H&M ma anche OVS penso che entrando da Hermes eper il trattamento subito e come entrare nei negozi nominati dove per un borsa risparmi € 9990.00
pessima esperienza.

La boutique est magnifique, mais j’ai été vraiment très déçue. J’ai enfin réussi à avoir un rendez vous pour acheter le sac de mes rêves, j’étais tellement heureuse ! Dans la boutique j’ai été reçue à un comptoir comme si j’étais dans un bar pour acheter un café… J’ai exprimé mon souhait à la vendeuse, elle revient au bout d’un certain temps avec une boîte… Et ma joie était retombée très vite comme un soufflé. La vendeuse me montre un sac qui n’avait rien avoir avec ce que je voulais et en plus j’aurais pu l’acheter sur internet… Quand je veux un modèle précis, je n’ai pas envie d’acheter autre chose, j’aurais aimée que le vendeuse me dise directement qu’elle n’a pas ce que je recherche. Elle est sensée savoir ce qu’elle a en stock. Je suis mieux reçu chez Chanel dans un salon privé… Je ne comprends pas qu’une aussi grande marque Française ne chouchoute pas les clients français. J’en ai marre de voir des revendeurs qui raflent tout. Pourquoi les étrangers se voient proposer des sacs mais pas les Français ???

I went to 2 Hermes stores in Paris and I have to say they were always kind and they always tried to be helpfull. I really think they are just trying to do their job the best way they can. I can imagine it could be really tuff if there are a hundreds of people every day. Just watching, with any passion for fashion and brand. I bought a lot of stuff there for my whole family for xmas and I am sure I will come back there cause they have a lot of pieces avaliable. I dont mean just bags. Hermes is much more than that. I understand why they are rade sometimes, if so many people are comming to buy only bags with a vision of reselling it and earn money. In my opinion is Hermes a brand which really want to have people in the house, who really follow the vision and who has the feeling for the history and the quality. Thank You for such a great experience!

Absolutely appalling service!!! I booked a collection for a parcel for the following day and the courier never turned up. I emailed hermes and their chat bot told me to "sit tight" and they would get back to me as soon as possible. Twenty four hours later I was told that someone had seen my email and I would get a response "soon"...
Another twenty four hours later I got a message from someone called Lauren telling me that my collection had been rearranged for the following day and the courier would text me with the time window later. Surprise surprise... I never got a text and he didn't turn up!!
I tried phoning the Hermes helpline and got a female robot voice asking for my 16 digit tracking number which i had to deliver in three digit instalments, which were then repeated back to me, only for her to say I needed to go through the whole process again because she hadn't "heard" me properly. After doing it all again she just told me that they didn't have my parcel yet (what a shock!!) and they would let me know when they did.
I then tried to get connected to an actual human to try and get this sorted out, but to no avail. I am actually really angry about this and am shocked that a company like Hermes would offer such appaling service and not even try to rectify an error when it is raised.
Needless to say I won't be using Hermes again and I wouldn't reccomend them either!

Disorganised and lazy courier service and absolutely abominable customer service!
STAY AWAY!!!

Trato poco amable y nada profesional, impropio de una marca de lujo. Muy decepcionada con el servicio recibido. Lujo es encontrarse personas empáticas que te ofrecen una experiencia cliente única y que conectan desde el primer momento con tu situación y necesidades. Desde luego, no es su caso.

IL est invraisemblable de ne pouvoir acheter un sac sans rendez vous. Vous essayer alors d'en obtenir un, la veille pour le lendemain .2 fois de suite la réponse est négative c'est a peine croyable . Comment comprendre une telle politique commerciale, et un accueil qui exprime un discours formaté. C'est surréaliste ..

Terrible experience. The queue was 5hours in total from enter into the hall and qeue for payment. The staff have bad manners. We bought a hat and they didn't put it in the bag and told me it was in the bag. When i got home and couldn't find the hat. I went back to the store and the staff refuse to help and just tell me stand outside as long as you like. This is the worst service i ever experienced and put the brand down as garbage.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had the mispleasure to encounter won't but nothing from them again oh and if you realy are unfortunate to have one of there overpriced go faulty forget it they are not interested

Je suis très mécontent du service client Hermès, car j’ai commandé un colis que j’ai reçu vide, depuis 6 mois j’attend le remboursement de ma commande.
Les différentes interlocutrices ( Solène et Emmanuelle à plusieurs reprises ) que j’ai eu par téléphone m’ont mené en bateau depuis des mois en me garantissant que je serrai remboursé or il n’en est rien. Je déconseille vraiment de commander sur internet chez Hermès, le service n’est pas de qualité. Je suis vraiment déçu de cette commande et je regrette.

J'ai envoyé un courrier pour expliquer mon problème à Mr Axel Dumas, PDG de la société Hermès à Paris. Ce monsieur n'a même eu la correction ni la politesse de me répondre.
D'accord suis un "petit client" à 3000 €. Il n'y a pas de petit client, il n'y a que des clients.
Mais apparemment ce monsieur n'a pas l'air de voir les choses comme moi.
J'ai fait le choix de venir chez Hermès, j'aurais très bien pu aller chez un concurrent.
Je regrette mon choix. Si demain je deviens " un gros client potentiel" je ne viendrai pas chez Hermès.
