I had the same problem. I can only tell you about the tour I picked which was St. Germain. We LOVED it! The St. Germain area is also a beautiful place to wonder from shop to shop. Our guide (Christophe) was so informative and fun. We randomly picked an area and were pleasantly surprised. Hope this helps.

There was PLENTY to eat. Along the tour, we had a couple chocolates and macaroons. But the savoury food was carried to a final location where we sat and enjoyed it with wine and a commentary. There were several baguettes, 2 or 3 different cheeses, cold meats, a quiche Lorraine, some fruit and some desserts. We all left quite stuffed! (There was more wine than our group could drink, but we had 2 people who don’t drink any alcohol.) There was plenty of bottled water. The food costs are all included in the price of the tour. For our family of 7 adults, this tour was one of the highlights of our visit to Paris. We highly recommend it!

St. Germaine was filled with great food, wine meat & cheese shops. Had wonderful "dishes of the day" at Le Petit suisse, 16 rue de Vaugirard 75006 Paris.

I believe all of the tours leave from the same location. I would take a taxi if you can't take the metro.

Near the Abcess Metro Station

It’s not a lot of walking and no stairs unless you need the bathroom at the wine bar. It’s about 4 blocks total walking and one is a half block uphill. Hope this helps:)
