A very nice viewpoint on collioure.
An easy climb by turning left and passing the gloriette. Once up, a warm welcome by enthusiastic volunteers on Wednesday and Sunday mornings

The track to this windmill is accessed from the coast road leading out of the town towards Spain. However it is still in the town and only a short walk. Note that the mill is open only 2 days a week and run by volunteers so check before you leave. There is a short but hot walk up steps through olive trees to reach the mill. There are good views but if open the mill will be in action with the sails moving and grinding grain. There is also olive oil for sale outside. An interesting couple of hours.

Mill open on Wednesdays and Sundays from 10am to 12pm. Free visit supervised by volunteers who explain very well the function of this mill as well as the manufacture of olive oil today. The mill is well maintained and in operation it is nice.

For a short walk from Collioure, it’s perfect. This allows you to have a beautiful view without walking too long and the mill is very pretty. Possibility of picnicking as there are a few tables.

The views from the windmill are beautiful and well worth seeing. The hard part is finding a sign and path leading up to the windmill. It is a lovely walk and only ten minutes from the town

Le seul accès que je connaisse est un chemin empierré que prennent les vignerons,
et un escalier, donc pour moi difficile d’accès pour un fauteuil roulant

la ballade pour aller jusqu'au moulin et autour est gratuite et libre et ça vaut le détour pour le point de vue et la beauté du paysage

Je fais une surprise à mon petit copain en l'emmenant à Collioure, et j'aimerai aller jusqu'au Moulin mais ne connaissant pas le village je voudrais savoir si il a un moyen d'accès facile ? Et il possible de de faire une pique-nique ?

Il y a un chemin pour y monter, il faut y accéder par le musée. Vous suivez les fleches pour entrer au musée, et vous prenez à gauche les escaliers qui montent en contournant le musée. Je vous conseille d'être bien chaussés c'est assez pierreux mais néanmoins accessible sans trop de difficultés. Il y a peu de monde en général et vous pouvez pique niquer vers la gloriette ou autour du Moulin. La vue sur le port de Collioure est magnifique.
