The best welsh for me
Seen on an Instagram post (it’s better when it’s good not to mention it) we went there on a Saturday night after booking, mandatory booking.
We took the maroille flamich as a starter followed by two welsh.
Absolutely divine the welsh but I advise you to do a diet of at least one day to arrive at the George V completely hungry to succeed in finishing their welsh. Hearty, quality products and a cool atmosphere.
I recommend and help decided not to eat welsh in Paris after tasting theirs

I haven’t eaten for years, although I love it. No shrimp, no taste, no fried parsley etc.... What about George V? A marvel. How good it was! Homemade, of course, I enjoyed it! As I say when I love: a killing!!!Go with your eyes closed and bravo to the kitchen!

Having not eaten Welsh in years, I hesitated to eat that amount of cheese.
Well, it took me to make up my mind, one of the best Welsh of my life, not stuck on my stomach, served generously with delicious little sautéed potatoes.
If we add the welcome, the service and the smile, it was perfect!

My daughter, who recently discovered this establishment, was keen to introduce us to Welsh and she really enjoyed it! It's quite simply the best I've had the opportunity to eat and what's more, at a reasonable price (less than 15 euros). We will return there to taste other dishes on the menu. Go there with your eyes closed, you won't regret it!

For a flea market weekend in Lille, we wanted to try the “best Welsh in Lille”.
A big fan of this typical northern dish, I confirm.
The organization was on point. Large outdoor dishes filled with cheddar to delight the eyes before the taste buds!
The texture is good, you can smell the beer and the bread is fresh.
