Camus是我在干邑最后访问的地方，这里有我最喜欢的房子。我与Sylvie曾在干邑混合车间一起渡过一段美好的时光。她引导我去发现干邑的不同口味和风格以及享受它的艺术。我能感受到她对工作的热情。整个经历都是超赞的，我绝对会推荐给那些喜欢喝干邑白兰地的人。

六月初，我们在波尔多的维京河巡游了七天。在第5天的时候，上午9点我们在布拉伊城散步，其中包括参观联合国教科文组织世界遗产的伊城堡。这是我第二次去科尼亚克干邑旅行。我们去了卡幕思酒庄，它是私有的。轩尼诗（占主导地位），拿破仑，人头马和马爹利生产了世界上85%的干邑，在学习蒸馏过程之后，我们将我们自己做的干邑放在四个部分混合。我的是20%的优质部分，15%的博尔德里，30%的小香槟和35%的格兰迪香槟。非常有教育意义。

在英国时游览了一次Camus。我们了解到了，家庭是怎么样持有和运营干邑白兰地厂才能让他们的产品成为历代的金品。Sylvie是我们的导游，她像是知道从开始到装瓶的整个酿制过程。旅途中有图画、泥土样本和液体样本让我们可以去闻，去学习不同的地区制品和他们的特色。我们的旅途随着我们制作自己可以带走的XO为结束。我还参加了其他烈性酒和葡萄酒酿制的旅程，但这一次是我参加过的最好的！

品酒的绝佳地点，而且可以找到适合自己的酒。他们有英文向导但是我们需要等3小时所以还是算了。是个小遗憾。

我们的旅游在九月份的“遗产日”，所以它是免费的（但通常有一定收费）。游览的一大亮点是能够品尝到法国烧酒从蒸馏过程的不同阶段的“辛辣”，以及不同年月的白兰地的芳香。旅游到一半的时候，发现有一个大桌子，桌子上有10杯需要品鉴样品。每个样品都有一个不同的原料（干燥的水果，花卉，酵母，生理盐水，橡木等），你可以遮住眼睛再尝试去闻他们，然后检查看你是否猜对。在混合之前，很难辨别出各个混合原料。参观结束时，我们可以选择品尝拉罗谢尔雷岛、卡慕或者卡慕干邑白兰地。

We wish to book the Master Blender experience at Camus in Cognac. Our Viking river cruise shows this option as Sold Out, but we see that we can just book it ourselves directly on the Camus website. The Viking riverboat is docked in Blaye that day. How can we best arrange transportation from Blaye to and from Cognac?

I am also on a Viking River Cruise starting in Bordeaux. From what city did you take the Camus Cognac Tour. The Camus tour is fully booked from the ship, so I'm looking into booking a Cognac tour independent of Viking. I'm trying to figure out round trip transportation & tasting. Any words of wisdom would be appreciated.
