The PalmExpress bus is like a tourist bus, a double-decker that takes you along the Cannes coast. A single ticket is 1.70 eu, which is a good way to explore the Cannes beaches and the city centre cheaply and quickly. The only bad thing is, is that it only runs until 8PM.

Line 9 is a disaster always problems, it will be 45 minutes that I wait and still no bus!!

Apart from most of the super friendly drivers (and this is ironic), the buses are regularly crowded, especially at the end of the day.
Today I even waved down one of the drivers who wouldn't even let me in. Afterwards they complain about the travelers.

Another 2nd horrible experience with handy bus. Very difficult to contact them. You leave a message to request a reservation and when you finally get through they tell you that they don't make reservations over the phone. But this is false since I have already done it. Plus the person on the line is as friendly as a prison door. In short, it's sure it's not expensive 1.60 but since most of the time we have to take a private taxi it comes to 100 euros. What is this service for the disabled for and of no use.

The transport network is very poorly designed the buses are constantly overcrowded and not frequent enough bellows buses are put in place but very few the lines have been 1 are unlivable on the verge of asphyxiation the drivers are often unfriendly this company doesn't care of the comfort of these users and does not even deserve that we pay

Buses are always late, it's crazy, I miss my train 24 hours a day with these stupid drivers who are tense 24 hours a day

Frankly, I don't recommend it for people who work on line 1 and have never seen it, especially since they work every day in Cannes and all the time like that from January to December

Hi there, although the Palm Bus is an open topped bus and looks like a hop on hop off bus it is actually a scheduled public bus and transport commuters and locals around the esplanade. So taking that into consideration, I would think it starts quite early and bear in mind you have to pay each time you climb aboard. Enjoy.
