We had the pleasure of visiting this museum during our holiday in Frejus. The museum is well arranged, and immediately immerses us in the films of our childhood bringing back many memories. Each film has a line demonstrating how careful the dialogues were at that time, and that the characters played by Louis de Funès were funny. We had a great time in this museum and recommend it.

Museum to do if you are in Saint Raphael, with a small temporary exhibition on the film La Grande Vadrouille with costumes, and various objects from the film, wig, baguette etc..., a perfect museum to see the life and some of the intimacy of Louis de Funès.

On rainy day a particularly nice trip down memory lane. Hugely enjoyable memories of his films I saw with my father as a child. Nice fragments to see, lots of pictures, highly recommended for the enthusiasts.

Museum very beautiful, beautiful lights, good staging but in fact we do not discover much about Louis De Funes that we did not know... It is a succession of archival documents (admittedly interesting) and extract of films. But almost no personal objects (even wigs are reproductions), no documents about his intimate places or his home. In short, we do not necessarily emerge better informed about the character, especially for my generation (50 - 60 years old). To be seen out of curiosity, no more.

To do for fans of Louis de Funès, for less fans it is a pretty and interesting museum , small flat the air conditioning much too cold a big difference between the museum and the outside which makes us have too big a thermal shock that our body can not bear ..

Circled the broader area of the museum for an hour to find a parking space. Unfortunately without any succes. At 9:30 the whole are within 1,5 km is totally full with cars. We arrived from Frejus,but like the rest of the coast a car is a useless transport here :)

super musee Louis de Funes what an actor we all love him I think, good time with him, film clips, props... Must see. Located right in front of the station! Practical!

A must-see for anyone who appreciates De Funès and grew up with his films. Interactive and well-organized museum which gives a lot of information without weighing down the visit with numerous texts. Interesting chronology and small spaces dedicated to each film. You can also choose to listen to film music with a Juke box at the end of the visit (it would have been more relevant to place it at the beginning or middle of the visit). The parallel with Chaplin at the end of the visit was very relevant.
