We booked ski lessons in Meribel through Ski Bro. Quick to respond and helped us find the right classes for two teenagers of different skill levels. Cancelled due to COVID and Emily really helpful in sorting out no quibble refund. I recommend them and will definitely use them again.

The customer service from SkiBro (in particular Charlotte) has been outstanding.
Friendly, helpful and efficient
I unfortunately had to cancel my trip in March but I will definitely be re-booking lessons with SkiBro when I'm back out early next year.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great job finding us lessons. No quibble refund after cancellation due to Coronavirus. Always prompt to respond and very polite.

Excellent customer service during the corona virus.
I had a clear response within 24 hours from Emily., with 2 options to choose from on how i would like my booking dealt with.
I will defiantly be using this company again when we are able to go skiing.

Sadly my trip was cancelled meaning I wasn't able to take up the lessons. SkiBros were incredibly helpful, graceful and efficient in solving the issues. I'd definitely book lessons with them again next season.

We booked a family ski lesson in Alpe D’Huez for the coming weekend but our trip has been blown away by corona. Skibro has been so helpful from booking through to the cancellation for which we received a full refund and a credit of €20 for next year. I wholly intend to book ski lessons with Skibro in the future.

Booking of my skiing lesson was made easy through Skibro. Upon arrival at the ski resort we had the unfortunate experience of the ski resort closing as a result of the Corona virus and as a result I never had my lesson. Ski bro were amazing as they gave me a total refund and a 20 euro credit note towards my next lesson which will hopefully be next year. I would highly recommend everyone to use SkiBro.

I had a superb service from SkiBro booking ski lessons for me an some mates and my girlfriend - we are of varying abilities and were able to find excellent-value group lessons with a ski school in Val d'Isere for her and an awesome private off piste guide for myself and the guys.
Will definitely use again. Thanks guys!

Booked in a last minute lessons with Stef in Val d'Isère to brush up on some techniques. Very quick and easy to do and there was lots of choice on the website. Stef was amazing in explaining techniques and ensuring that we progressed and had tips to work on for the rest of the trip!
