The whole concept is brilliant. It starts with the nice lady at the cloakroom, continues at the entrance and is even better at the bar. Then "Chefe" comes along, he puts a smile on your face and gives you an unforgettable evening. We'll be back. Roman and Selina

A magical event in the truest sense of the word: Hautnah V. A visit is highly recommended. You will never stop being amazed and will be guided through the evening in a very charming way.

From the first telephone contact to order the tickets (birthday package) to the farewell, a perfect and polite service. Everything was prepared to perfection. The person receiving the gift was completely delighted with the ambience, the presentation and of course the magic show. Great service from all the staff. A gift in a class of its own.

Wow, what a great show - and I don't speak German!
It was indeed a great show this evening! Here goes my five-star review...
Intimate close up magic is done right in front of your eyes in a lovely venue, with excellent stage lighting, an amazing ever-changing backdrop with tremendous detail and high-definition colour, brilliantly chosen accompanying music and sound effects, and most of all: excellent interaction with the audience giving the entire evening a truly close and enjoyable family feel from a wonderful supporting cast as well as the main man himself.
Mr Thorsten Strottman is a brilliant stage magician who has perfectly crafted his art over the last three decades and he really does have a vast array of skills and techniques. He mixes wonderful storytelling with anecdotes from his passion and education in magic, along with playful and witty humour - and isn't shy of picking on audience members throughout the performance.
As for the magic acts; the first half alone contained eleven different tricks. After a warm up involving rubber bands and handkerchiefs, we moved on to the famous ball and cups trick, and then solving the Rubix cube one handed whilst out of sight. Thereafter came the main events of the ever popular interlocking rings, disappearing coins, some strange socks (all will be revealed), and of course no magic show is complete without the customary card tricks - but a close up camera puts it all on the big screen for you to follow along. After a break of about 20 minutes, the show continued into the second half where things became bolder, bigger, and brighter. There is also the grand finale which I will not explain here, it's good to leave some suspense too... :-)
Regarding the language difficulty - it does not matter at all! As long as you are following the performance, that is the key. I remembered German words from school 25 years ago and that helped, but I would say I missed out on 10% of the show at most as it really does not matter.
I highly recommend visiting this show when you have time in Stuttgart - I came alone (and have experience of watching many magic shows), but it is without doubt a better experience as part of a group e.g. birthdays or an evening out.
The bar serves a full range of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, and afterwards I took a short 10 minute walk to the Bottroper Strasse U-bahn (U12 line) stop and was at the main central station in less than 15 minutes.

We have been "enchanted" by Thorsten Strotmann for the fourth time.
Every visit was a fantastic experience. We are enthusiastic fans 👍
We usually invited friends there and they were always really happy (as were we). We are already looking forward to the next magic show🤗

A very nice location, the staff were all extremely friendly and on the ball, except for Ursel, the grumpy cloakroom attendant. The magician was likeable, the show was very well staged. However, the jokes about vegans were outdated and shallow.
Overall, a nice afternoon. However, I wouldn't book the show again for this price.

We were at the show yesterday Sunday. A thoroughly successful family afternoon. Great location, everything very well organized. And the show and Thorsten Strotmann are absolutely amazing. We will also watch HAUTNAH I, III, IV and V. Best wishes, Daniel 😀

What can I say? It was the second show we attended and we are simply running out of superlatives. Funny, fascinating and unique. If you don't go, you've missed something!! It was definitely not our last visit there. Everything was just perfect. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful afternoon. Our 4 "girls" (20-29 years old) thought it was great too 😉
