Super! Einfach nur toll wie die Agentur auf unsere Wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen ist. Die Planung lief super, alle unsere Vorschläge wurden besprochen und dann zu einem rundum gelungenen Trip durch Marokko zusammengefasst. Die Riad /Hotel Empfehlungen waren durchweg gut bis sehr gut und oft fernab vom Massentourismus. Wobei wir unbedingt Riad’s befürworten würden. Es ist einfach gemütlicher und ruhiger als Hotels. Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Marokkaner war wirklich großartig. Die Guides die wir über die Agentur dazu gebucht hatten, waren alle komplett unterschiedlich aber auch alle sehr kompetent und interessiert ein umfassendes Bild von Ihrem jeweiligem Ort zu übermitteln. Auch kritische Fragen wurden stets beantwortet. Das Gute an den Einheimischen Guides ist zweifelsohne das man so auch tolle Tipps für einfache aber gute Restaurants und interessante Orte erhält wo man sonst vermutlich nicht hingegangen wäre. Das Beste aber an unserem 10 Tages Trip durch Marokko war allerdings unser Fahrer Hamid! Stets pünktlich, immer mit einem breiten Lächeln im Gesicht und guter arabischer/berberischer Musik an Bord seines Landcruisers fühlten wir uns bestens aufgehoben. Seine Fahrweise war ausgesprochen vernünftig und mitdenkend. Man kann Marokko mit Sicherheit auch alleine mit dem Mietwagen bereisen aber meiner Meinung nach verpasst man dann viele versteckte Highlights und jede Menge Lokalkolorit. Also von uns : Absolute Reiseempfehlung!

Für unseren Marokko-Trip im November haben wir uns diese besondere Tour ausgesucht.
Den ersten Kontakt hatten wir im Juli mit Alexandra via Mail. Der Kontakt war wirklich klasse und wir haben die Tour dann gebucht.
In Marrakesh angekommen, wurden wir wie vereinbart von Abdu abgeholt.
Los ging es über den hohen Atlas in die Dades-Schlucht.
Dann am nächsten Tag weiter Richtung Erg Chebbi. Nach einer Übernachtung in der Wüste dann weiter zum Draa-Valley und am vierten Tag dann wieder zurück nach Marrakesh.
Die Tour war wirklich toll zusammengestellt und auch die Unterkünfte waren super ausgewählt. Neben dem Camp in der Wüste war das Highlight die Übernachtung in einem Original Kasbah.
Abdu war ein super Guide für unsere Tour und wir können ethnoTours absolut weiterempfehlen.

Vielfältige und unerwartete Eindrücke prägten unseren Reiseverlauf. Die Königsstädte, Sand- und Steinwüsten, Berge, Oasen, Schluchten, Dünen und Meer wechselten sich in spektakulärer und eindrucksvoller Reihenfolge ab. Unser Guide und Driver Abdu, ein ganz besonderer, liebenswerter, zuvorkommender und verantwortungsbewusster Freund und Mensch, hat uns speziell das Land, Kultur und Leben der Berber beispielhaft nähergebracht. Abderrahman ist "the world's best driver"! Wir hatten so viel Spaß und Freude mit ihm, so dass diese Reise durchs Märchenland ein einmaliges Erlebnis für uns war. DANKE, lieber Abdu!

אלכסנדרה סטנר ואברדרהמני אוקאסי מאת אתנוורס לקחו זמן רב ודאגה להפוך את הסיור שלנו במרוקו למיוחד מאוד מהרגע שיצרנו קשר איתם. הקבוצה שלנו עם 3 זוגות מישראל בילתה שבועיים במרוקו. המדריך / בן לוויינו LHussein והנהג Farris גרם לנו להרגיש בטוחים ונוחים במיוחד. היה תענוג להתיידד איתם.
LHussein לקח אותנו לטרקים במשך יומיים ארוכים בעמק הדאדס. המראות והאנשים שפגשנו בדרך הפכו אותה לחוויה מקורית באמת. אחרי טיולים רבים שעות בילינו אחר צהריים רגוע עם משפחת ברבר \ אמזיי החמודה. הם היו חביבים, מסבירי פנים והיו להם את התגין הטוב ביותר אי פעם. רכיבה על גמל ולינה במחנה הדיונות ארג צ'בי באוהלים מפוארים הייתה גם מהנה ובלתי נשכחת.
ערכנו ביקור מחוץ למסלולי הבתים של בליל וספרו: מערות בהליל שופצו לבתים; תה עם משפחת ברבר \ אמזיי המתגוררת במערה; סיור מודרך בעיירה ובמוצא; הליכה על הגבעות מבהיליל לספרו; בספרו מבקר בבית הקברות היהודי והמעניין במדינה.
נהנינו מאוד לבקר בערים אסילה, פס ומרקש. בפס היה לנו מדריך מקומי מאוד בקיא, ראשיד.
הסיור היה מאורגן היטב, הריאדות היו מקסימות, הארוחות שהוגשו היו אסתטיות, מגוונות וכמובן טעימות. כאשר ביצענו בקשות / שינויים מיוחדים בסיור שלנו, אדרדרהמני היה מאוד גמיש וסידר את הכל מייד.
שמחנו מאוד לבקר במרוקו ואת אנשיה.

Thank you, Alexandra Stenner and Abderrhmane Oukassi of Ethnotours for taking much time and care to make our tour of Morocco very special from the moment we contacted you. Our group of 3 couples from Israel spent 2 weeks in Morocco. Our guide/companion LHussein and driver Farris made us feel exceptionally safe and comfortable. It was a pleasure to befriend them.
LHussein took us trekking for 2 long days in the Dades Valley. The sights and people we met on the way made it a truly original experience. After trekking for many hours we spent a relaxing afternoon with a lovely Berber\Amazigh family. They were kind, hospitable and had the best tagine ever. Camel riding and sleeping at the Erg Chebbi dunes campsite in luxurious tents was also fun and unforgettable.
We had an off-the-beaten-track visit of Bahlil and Sefrou: Bahlil caves renovated into homes; tea with a Berber\ Amazigh family living in a cave; a guided tour of the town and souk; walking over the hills from Bahlil to Sefrou; in Sefrou visiting the interesting Jewish cemetery and medina.
We also enjoyed visiting the cities of Asilah, Fes and Marrakech. In Fes, we had an extremely knowledgeable local guide, Rashid.
The tour was well organized, the riads were lovely, the meals served were aesthetic, varied and of course delicious. When we made special requests/changes in our tour, Abderrhmane was very flexible and rearranged everything immediately.
We greatly appreciated the opportunity to visit Morocco and its people.

שבועיים של טיול אינטנסבי ונפלא ברחבי מרוקו הסתיימו בשביעות רצון מאד גדולה שלנו. יצאנו לטיול לאחר שסגרנו מסלול שהתאים לקבוצה שלנו שכללה מבוגרים ובני נוער. 10 אנשים בשלושה ג'יפים. רצינו לראות את מרוקו האמיתית ככל האפשר ולשלב מסלולי הליכה. עבדול הוביל אותנו יחד עם עוד שני נהגים מקצועיים ונעימים - אברהים ויוסף. הם דיברו אנגלית טובה וסיפרו לנו במהלך הנסיעות הרבה על החיים במרוקו. הם נהגו במקצועיות ובזהירות בג'יפים. כולם היו מאד חביבים ועשו כל מאמץ כדי לספר לנו שירות מצויין. בכל יום דיברנו על התוכנית ליום הבא וביצענו שינויים על פי הרצון שלנו ואילוצים (כמו שחלק מחברי הקבוצה היו חולים). הגענו למקומות נפלאים בזכות ההובלה המקצועית. מקומות הלינה שעבדול בחר עבורנו היו במידה הנכונה - בשילוב בין אותנטיות לנוחות. לעיתים צריך להתפשר מעט על הנוחות כדי להגיע למקומות נפלאים. התחלנו בקזבלנקה ומשם לרבאט, מקנס ופס. לאחר מכן חצינו את האטלס דרך אימלציל לעמק הדאדס לטיולי עומק וביקורים בבתי התושבים כולל ארוחת צהרים בביתו של עבדול. משם למדבר. לדיונות ולחציית המדבר עד למחמיד. משם בדרך 1000 הקסבות עד למרקש.
עבדול רחמן וצוותו נתנו לנו שירות מצויין במחיר הוגן.
בשם כל משתתפי הטיול אני ממליץ בחום על שירותי חברה זו.

סגרנו על הטיול לפני כחודשיים עם אתנותורס אחרי החלפת אימיילים אנטנסיבית על מנת להתאים את הטיול לבקשות שלנו.
יצאנו שלוש משפחות לטיול, סה"כ 10 אנשים. הזמנו את כל הטיול דרך החברה, הם סגרנו עבורנו את כל הריאדים כולל ארוחות בוקר וערב, ג'יפ לכל משפחה עם נהג, מדריכים לכל עיר בה ביקרנו וכן לאחד מטיולי השטח, רכיבת הגמלים, רכיבה בטרקטורונים ועוד.
המשפחה שלי הגיעה יום לפני שאר המשפחות, קיבל את פנינו בחום רב, איברהים נהג הג'יפ שלנו. למחרת הצטרפו שתי המשפחות האחרות. שלושת הנהגים שליוו אותנו, אחד מהם הוא עבדולרחמן בעל חברת הטיולים, היו נהדרים. לאורך כל השבועיים של הטיול הם היו בשבילנו, נהגו באחריות ובמקצועיות רבה את הג'יפים, הסבירו באנגלית טובה מאוד על המקומות בהם ביקרנו ועל עצמם והחיים במרוקו, יצרו קשרים חמים וחבריים עם כולנו, הביאו אותנו למקומות ועזרו לנו בכל דבר אפשרי. הם הוסיפו מאוד לחווית הטיול שלנו, ממש הרגשנו חיבור משמעותי איתם שתרם מאוד. עבדולרחמן ניהל את הטיול בצורה מדהימה, מהר מאוד הוא קלט מי אנחנו ומה מתאים לנו יותר ועשה מאמצים רבים להתאים את הטיול לרצונות שלנו, הוא גילה גמישות רבה והשתדל להענות לכל בקשה ואף אירח אותנו בבית הוריו לארוחת צהריים מדהימה כולל הכרות עם בני משפחתו. כל בוקר קיבל את פנינו במאור פנים עם יחס אישי לכל אחד ואחת כולל הילדים. קרה לכמה מאתנו שקיבלנו קילקול כיבה, הוא ממש דאג לנו ולכך שיהיה לנו טוב ונוח. כמה מאתנו צימחונים, הוא דאג להזמין מנות צמחוניות לארוחות בריאדים.
מרוקו ארץ מדהימה ביופיה ואנשיה, הטיול עם אתנוטורס בניהולו של עבדולרחמן והנהגים השאירה בנו תחושה של חוויה שנצרבה עמוק בלב, חזרנו ארצה עם תחושת סיפוק אדירה ואנחנו מודים על כך מאוד לעבדולרחמן ושאר הצוות שליוו אותנו לאורך הטיול.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Morroco with Ethnotours. When we arrived in Marrakech, our driver/guide Hamid gave us a very warm wellcome. He was our companion throughout the trip which really made us feel safe and gave us the opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery and the various aspects of this marvellous country... in short : to have a great holiday!
Abder from Ethnotours met us twice during our trip, for a hike in the Dades Valley and for a surprise lunch with our friends who where visiting Morroco at the same time. What a nice surprise! We would warmly recommend Ethnotours to anyone who wants to visit Morocco! The organisation is very professional and at the same time, it feels like you are accompanied by good friends!

Our trip through Morocco this summer organized by Abder and Ethno Tours was really great! We have seen a lot, learned a lot about the culture and local habits, and Abder took good care of our family! Everything was organized in a very professional way. Morocco is a beautiful country, a lot to see and to experience, very diversified and friendly people. We warmly recommend Ethno Tours!

Wir (zwei Personen) suchten eine Agentur, die unsere detaillierten Vorstellungen über den individuellen Reiseverlauf (knapp 2 Wochen) umsetzt, Fahrer/Guide und Riads sowie landestypische Highlights vorschlägt. Da wir begeisterte Fotografen sind, wollten wir uns keiner Gruppe oder organisierten Reise anschließen, denen wir dann nur hinderlich sind. Unsere Erwartungen wurden von ethnoTOURS voll erfüllt. Die ausgesuchten Riads auf der Strecke Marrakesch - Erg Chebbi - Fez waren ausgezeichnet. Insbesondere müssen wir uns bei unserem Fahrer/Guide Hamid bedanken. Er fuhr uns zuverlässig und umsichtig, manchmal auch abseits der Pisten zu den geplanten Orten, beantwortete freundlich in gutem Englisch all unsere Fragen auch zu heiklen Themen und war die Ruhe selbst. In seiner unaufdringlichen, aber auch charmanten Art war er ein zuverlässiger Reisebegleiter. Wir können ihn und auch die Agentur nur empfehlen. Wer tiefere Einblicke in Land und Leute gewinnen möchten, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte.

We were traveling in Morocco last Easter and it was a great trip and Abde was the best guide. It was nice to travel with him all around this beautiful country which he knows so well :)
