I visited this store during free time on a Viking tour of Passau. I had done my homework & was in market for an 8 day movement cuckoo clock with music to be a Christmas gift for son & his family. My visit to shop could not have gone better. I found a great cuckoo clock (Anton Schneider) & it was shipped with no problems. The gift was well received & today the clock is even more beautiful than when I first saw it. Many thanks for your help!

With an unsurpassed selection of clocks, it is difficult to narrow your selection down to the perfect one for you. We looked, left and had lunch, and then returned to purchase our clock. Customer service was knowledgeable, pleasant and no pressure, which we appreciated very much. Our clock was shipped in a timely fashion and arrived in perfect condition. We are enjoying this lovely "Made In Germany" souvenir which will be a keepsake for years to come. The variety and customer support is worth a great deal and we are so happy with our purchase.

My wife and I just came back from a Danube cruise. We stopped in Heidi and Peter’s store.....OMG !!!!!!… an incredible collection of both traditional and modern cuckoo clocks.....very friendly, fast shipping, amazing customer service....I LOVE my new clock....it’s modern and excellent workmanship.....see photos......if you’re in Passau, drop in....or order online....extremely pleased customer 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Visited this centre with the world's largest working cuckoo clock hanging over its entrance in Saint Goar. All types of cuckoo clocks on display. Very interesting presentation on cuckoo clocks given. You can buy clocks and they will ship it to you.

Before I left for my Danube cruise I had researched cuckoo clock stores before I left, and they had the grands I wanted to see, and good reviews. The shop has so many clocks to choose from, but Peter patiently helped us narrow our choice (8 day, sleep timer, etc). My daughter loved one, as it had a dog, but I saw another with a cat. We both loved the one with the dog, so Peter offered to include a cat that I could place wherever I wanted! The clock has a great sound and beautiful song that plays. They shipped it for us and I couldn’t be happier! Have emailed them a couple of times about how to questions and Peter responds promptly.. great store to buy your keepsake cuckoo clock!

Visited it in transit from Swiss to Germany .located in the middle of black forest . U get to see diff types of cuckoo clocks .and u get tax refund on purchase of more than 50 euros . There's a huge Cuckoo clock which beeps every 30 mins. U get to eat the original black forest cake in the place of its origin

Good place to buy the famous cuckoo clocks. A bit overpriced but worth a buy. We loved the presentation of how the clocks are made. One can spend enough time here, enjoying the amazing clocks.

We were there on October 15th while on a Viking cruise they shipped it to me I received it day after got home just hung today I love it I highly recommend this store the service was great and very helpful looks great in its new home
