The museum was over crowded when we visited so didn’t really get to enjoy it properly. Some people were spending very long time at the interactive exhibits which made it difficult for others to enjoy. I’m sure it’s a great experience if you’re very interested by the topic and go when it’s reasonably quiet, but most of the “interactive” exhibits were just levers to make something move

It is true that the museum - as one of the most popular and most visited museums in Berlin - is particularly well attended at certain times. To avoid many other visitors, we recommend that you visit the museum in the evening. For this purpose, we have extended the opening hours and open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

Tolles Museum, mit Liebe und vielen Details eingerichtet. Mehr als nur Motorräder, auch Geschichte, einfach schön gemacht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I though I would try this out as I like old cars and bikes, nice and friendly staff at the front deck, very helpful. Some nice bikes set over two floors. You will only need about 30-45 mins here.

An okay look at different motorcycles, but not as interactive as the DDR Museum. Really needed only 30 minutes to visit. Glad I bought the combo ticket.

Gillar man motorcyklar är det värt ett besök. Många udda skapelser. Några intressanta fimler att titta på några TV-skärmar. Annars lika spännande som vilka uppradade MC som helst.

Got in and it was completely empty on a Thursday Afternoon, but I got a chance to look around and see some of the best motorcycles that were around in the DDR and to an extent, pre-war & Weimar Germany.
I think it was 6 euros to enter and another euro for "photography permission", you go around and have a look at 3/4 chambers underground just chock-a-block full of motorcycles, dirt bikes, mopeds, garage equipment, and even bikes used by the government of East Germany at the time. You get the statistics of the bikes as well but you only get them in German which was a slight bummer, also it was a little inconvenient to travel to at first but considering what you see when you arrive, it was worth it.

Ohne Erwartungen ging ich in das Museum. Freute mich dann über die wunderbar aufgearbeitete Zweirad - Geschichte der DDR. Die Fahrzeuge wurden im Kontext zur Gesellschaft dargestellt, dass sich ein guter Gesamtüberblick darstellt. Wie im Flug verging die Zeit und es hat mir wirklich toll gefallen.

Qui n'a pas possédé dans sa jeunesse une moto MZ ? Cette marque discrète a tenu compagnie à beaucoup de jeunes français et européens. Ce Musée est POUR VOUS ! C'est merveilleux de voir toutes ces motos de marque: MZ, JAWA, Simpson etc.. exposées en un même endroit. Allez-y je vous le conseille. Ce n'est pas loin de la Tour de la Télévision (Fernseh Turm)
